Scam was found in Wish to make money from people. My Wish app was not working, so I deleted the app and downloaded again. Later I realized that I was charged for $3.79 on 10/31/2020 for WishPlus subscription! I even didn’t know about WishPlus subscription. They even didn’t give me an option to subscribe it or not. I never ordered for WishPlus subscription. I sent them message to refund me $3.79 but they didn’t. So, please be careful with Wish.

I placed an order on wish for some items, it displayed a waiting time for them to arrive, as time went by I recieved a sms saying my items have arrived ,i went to collect them but noticed I was missing 2 items. The lady said I should not worry and just wait they will contact me as soon as anymore of my items arrive ! After waiting i called them and ed that it has been sent to a different location.. I managed to call and get it sent to the correct location i went there but only got 1 box and not the other item I ordered! .. and when covid striked I couldn’t get hold of the post office so I decided to wait for covid to end so that I can go and check up on my item which had not arrived yet .. after going there I was told that no more items have been sent i also contacted their customer support which was of no help at all they said they are not able to refund me which is very frustrating overall not being able to get any help with this problem is frustrating it says my item was suppose to arrive but as the attached pic shows it hasn’t arrived yet! What do I do ??

I orderd on the 4th of August and I paid. Was told my order will arrive on the 2nd of November. Till today 6th of November I haven't received my order. Scam scam scam. Took my money but never delivered

well i purchased an item in 16 October 2020 (you do the sums ) it is now 6 November the item is still in China advertised as 6 to 15 days Delivery time 5f8a3c2b320f9197f8781052 delivery time changed saying 30 December 2020 still not here THAT WILL MAKE DELIVERY TIME OUTSIDE THERE RETURN POLICY SETTING

Wish is a dissaster!!! I placed an oder and after 2 months I did not receive it yet. It is now saying it may arrive next months. Waiting for 3 months is absolutely ridiculous. Amazon purchases are delivered in 2 or 3 days. Never again Wish. Total fraud.

My elderly Mother ordered a princess dress from Wish. Due to her lack of online expertise she ended up ordering 7 of the same dresses (her fault absolutely). She emailed Wish to cancel the duplicate orders but they did not do so. The dresses were pathetic quality and Wish sent every dress on the same order as a separate package which increased the cost. I think this company is a total sham. Spend your money elsewhere

I ordered several items and every single one arrived either damaged or not at all what I have ordered. Example. $150. Hair curler heated by usb but they send me an everyday average comb. I'm so mortified. I sent a note stating that they sent me the wrong item but they are adamant they sent the right item and will not return my $150. WHO WOULD EVWR PAY THAT FOR A COMB?

Not the product advertised - short leg cotton pants with interesting trouser hems. Product is synthetic, horrible material, straight-cut sewn hems. Ghastly stuff but it was on special so $12 down the toilet and free shipping. Learn the lesson.

I ordered a camera on sept 11 2020 oct 3 2020 the app say it was available for pick up i went the lady scanned barcode it said do not fill this order it took over 14 days to get a refund no customer service number not fast service ordered another camera oct 6 2020 it said the 31st of oct now it says November 7 pick up date now its really bad service cant talk to nobody it takes 30 day or more to get items ordered please ditch wish they suck

Buyer beware! Paid for two items on 8-22. I never received either one and now first of November. My items were sent to someone in NY. I don’t know anyone there. I contacted Customer Support so many times I lost count. They kept saying wait another month on its way, while giving me ongoing lip service. I finally made a complaint with bank who refunded me one item. Wish then stated they would not refund me until I dropped my complaint. By far the worst Customer Service I have ever encountered! Please don’t make the same mistake I did. You will only get a lot of aggravation and frustration by dealing with this company. You were warned. Pay attention to the poor reviews.

I ordered a jacket. It was described as "leather" as distinct from faux leather. In fact it is made from cheap vinyl with cheap chrome plated zippers. It is complete rubbish and I have disposed of it in the rubbish. It was not worth paying the postage to ship it back to Wish and I doubt whether I would have received any compensation from Wish. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WOULD I EVER USE THIS WEBSITE AGAIN. My experience with the merchant was appalling. As soon as I was told that the delivery would take 2 months, I tried to cancel my order but the robot informed me this was not possible because it had already been shipped. And yet it took over 1 month for it to come from China to South Korea. Communication with the merchant is non-existent and only via robots who have a minimal number of standard responses. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHOULD ANYONE CONTEMPLATE PURCHASING THROUGH THIS WEBSITE.

I ordered several items that were never received and now the return window is closed. The Wish Support Assistant app kept telling me to wait a few more weeks and contact Support at a later date. I waited and then the Wish Support Assistant app would not refund me once it was 30 days passed the delivery date. Shipment Tracking shows that these items were never shipped. I emailed Support and they keep telling me to go through the Wish Support Assistant for a refund though that is how the email to Support was generated in the first place. Wish engages in deceptive and unscrupulous practices.

Humm im rating wish at 2 star only because im fairly new to this company. Very strange when i first started buying from this company products were pretty ok quality the delivery was fast even during pandemic then all of a sudden i questioned the authenticity of this company regarding the 1.00 deals ( limited deals) as it seemed they never processed my offer in time to receive the item. And believe you me i applied for many of the limited offers to see if it was legit and i would get it ! But not one worked. So please dont apply for them. I also encouraged many of my co workers to sign up and sent them my link and i received nothing for referrals. So im also questioning that offer. Also Now that i am into my second month of ordering i find the delivery times have drastically changed and things are taking so long to arrive! And the quality dropped big time!! Down to quality you would find at a dollar store shop.so disappointed. Also im starting to question reviews as the reviews don't match the quality of item im receiving. Also the company names changed a great deal to questionable names and products. Its really strange. I will have to wait and see how the rest of my products arrive from here on and have put on hold any more buying until they can win me back as a loyal customer. But if i continue to see shady poor quality items i will have my tech guy at work really investigate this company. The power of social media is strong in this day and age and im not normally the type of person who boycotts a company but if i continue to observe questionable things i will become an advocate for the public to help warn them away from unreputable companies.

Wish return policy is a complete scam. They so not follow through with the claims on their website with no explanation. I will never order anything from 'wish' again!!
