“Ordered a hoodie on 25th April 2020 its now 8th June and still no hoodie. Message system is fake they control it you don't get a say. Yeah their cheap but I don't care if its a pound they took my money load of China muck shop British 😠”

“WISH is a nightmare. 1st the site is not secure. Then you cannot EVER (phone service is not supported at this time) speak to a person when your account is compromised and money is being stolen from you. The email contact is unable to fathom what your needs are so make the situation worse. So you have to cancel your payment method which you have no memory of allowing them to store. And since by the time you discover the problem it's now up to you to fight WISH for a refund. NOTHING they sell is worth the BS that comes with dealing with them. And just an added hoorah, when the Russians or Chinese get your info not only will they spend your money they will send threatening emails to expose your sexual deviations via VIDEO that they "have" OK that one made me laugh but it was still part and parcel of what WISH allows to happen due to their lack of security. NOTHING on or about their site is safe, STAY AWAY.”

“Ordered two items on May 8th. Havent recieved them. On my order history it said that they returned my items back to sender. My card wasnt credited for the $60. Can't call customer service because they dont take calls. I've e-mailed them 50xs same e-mail back evertime. Go to you acct and hit the customer service icon itll help you solve the issue. Doesnt work! It's a deceiving cycle! Never will I order through them again!”

“Shocking. Misleading meta-tags. Products are falsely advertised. The actual order is 1/2 delivered. I will never shop with Wish again. In the age where there is so much e-commerce competition and especially Post Covid 19 this will accelerate more online shopping businesses. How you can provide such a poor service is beyond me.”

“I had a similar experience to many customers, ordered goods, ever changing delivery schedule, no support from customer service, no refund. Contacted my bank, explained situation about Wish asked for my money back under charge back rules. Bank returned my money within 48 hours. Time to fight back folks, if you've not been treated fairly by Wish, get onto your bank, get your money back under charge back rules.”

“Change the company's name to YOU WISH because if you get a reply great price on an item either you will never receive it or you will be offered a refund. How stupid do they think people are?”

“Didn't tell me until after it was too late to cancel that my item would take two and a half months to arrive. Wouldn't let me leave a review to complain about that. Contact support to talk about it, and all you get is a bot that offers you a few very simple options before telling you to read the FAQ. Never again.”

“Wish is first class cheaply priced items. Like any website I’m sure some merchants maybe hard to deal with, I’ve not run into any. From tablets to musical items to cheap jewelry all have been as advertised”

“Such a shame as they show some really good things they sell, I ordered 8 items 2 months ago, I have only received 4 of my items, I have tried contacting wish, they have an automated messaging system which after going through the questions gets you absolutely nowhere, so frustrating & list my money.”

“The most horrible company I have ever dealt with!!! Avoid it by all means! My orders never arrived with one exception... But even that was completely different from what was advertising... Terrible customer service, they don't accept refund and exchange!”

“Promised free gloves with order but did not get them added to order - scam. This happened before with order for backpack that was not sent. Be careful because nothing they promise actually happens. They simply false advertise to get you to order then don't fulfill promise. SCAM.”

“Delievry never comes. Prices is good but u wont get it. Wish ripped me of and sadly themake rules and time, which covers their asses legally. This is by far a shamming company. They advertise price that are not accurate. They steal your money. I will not order from wish again.”

“Wish sucks ass. They falsley advertise their prices, never send what you pay for. Also they have a thirty day garuantee which takes over that to ship, so they pretty much have a way to fck you over. Thanks to the master mind of amazons ex.”
