“Horrible customer service! Returns policy is rubbish. Customer has to pay for P&P despite fault product and misinformation on product page. Not worth the stress. Not shopping at Wish again.”

“The worst shopping experience that you can get! 1) Order was send to wrong address and wrong people, but charged on your credit card. Package from USA to Canada, wish system show delivered by DHL, the package was delivered to wrong address with wrong name, but charged on my credit card (Confirmed with DHL). The system maybe buggy and it may steal your money if you are not careful. 2) You will never get agent support. The stupid support system will block you to talk to the agent. they will only reply you some useless message. If you are lucky to get the support finally, they will only refund your item, and you can not get the item back, just waste your time. Again you can not talk with them after. Worst shopping experiences”

“Ordered a 799 piece tool kit and got 1 spanner size 6 🤣 Contacted customer support and they said that the order was correctly fulfilled. I asked where the other 798 pieces were and they said it was only 1 piece 🤣 I am glad it wasnt a large amount to of money. I placed 3 orders, 1st one didn't arrive, 2nd was good and 3rd has 798 pieces missing.”

“On the 8/11/20, I ordered 5 gifts for Christmas, from Wish. My money has been taken, but I have no gifts. "Wish Assistant" has informed me, I have until the 5/12/20 for the delivery. Today is the 5th, and nothing. Seemingly, I can get my money back. It's not the money right now, it's where do I find 5 Special gifts at short notice??!!”

“SCAM. The send broken items or send something completely different. Customer service is an automated machine which basically tells you to F... OFF when you complain.”

“They offer a 50% discount on the first order, then as you order they say, well done you have been awarded a 1% discount off of an item, when you go to pay there is nowhere to put your discount and it collects full payment. Then they say contact support which takes 3 days to answer. Then they say too late to cancel. Total con website. AVOID AT ALL COST.”

“Ok, before covid 19 bs starter, I had a great experience with wish and I live in ontario, canada. Everything arrived on time, took approximately 3 weeks, it was exactly what u ordered. No issues.”

“Order placed in April 2020, and repeated queries promised delivery on specific dates, which never happened. Now in December 2020, e-mail to say out of stock and offering substitute - but all sold out. Would not touch this firm with a barge pole!!!!”

“I would STRONGLY RECOMMEND NOT to use this site. You oder something and it takes 10years to get to you IF it come at all. I ordered many thing and only a few showed up. Some said delivered and never came. When I contacted them they told me to check with my postal service and to pound salt. I would delete the app 100% if I did not have one ounce of hope thing's might still arrive. I DONT think it will. So to EVERYONE out there. Spend your money else where. This site or app is a bad place to shop. Its all junk and chances are you will never get what you ordered.”

“I gave Wish the benefit of the doubt when my order took 3 months to arrive when covid first hit. Had something i wanted and the cost of the shipping I thought it would be express and thought I would give them another go. Due to arrive tomorrow. It's been messing around in China for a month now. Glad I don't need it till March next year. Won't order from them again.”

“This is not a reliable company. They fraudulently took my money and will not change or refund my items which are too small. I contacted them the day I received my order and have been fighting with them ever since .I am now stuck with items I can’t use because their sizing is totally different to uk sizing. I WOULD ADVISE - DO NOT USE THEM! THEY WILL KEEP YOUR MONEY AND WILL NOT SEND YOU A RETURNS LABEL OR REFUND! DO NOT USE THIS SITE!”

“I would give it a negative start if I could. This company (WISH.Com) just takes your money. It says I ordered ugly socks worth $40...it just took my money. There is no where in the site to ask questions, for complaints and fore refunds. This company is UNETHICAL SCAM. Please do not buy from this company.”

“Pure scamming lowlife rip-off merchants who deal in rubbish products, practice bait and switch price gouging policy and has customer support that is worse than Banggood. You WILL lose your money here, that is a surety, you will not get your goods either. They may send something on occasion but it won't even resemble what you ordered. Total rip off sites designed to frustrate and fleece people. Do yourself a favour and save a sh..load of frustration, stay away from these scamming fu..turds.”

“Special offers are special they do not exist, tried to order a cheap fishing rod several times told out of time or out of stock yet a few days later same company advertising again at special price. Make sure you use paypal at least you may have some protection if this is a scam. Any refund use original payment method. Waiting now to see if I get refunds.”
