“I ordered a product and after a month, I got a notice that that product is not available anymore even though it was still offered on the app. I reached to support and got the option to see other similar products, however, I was never able to open alternatives in the app. After several emails sent, I am still getting generic emails and my problem is not resolved. There is no customer support. I can't believe they are so irresponsible!”

“You never shipped my purchase, and whats worse after months of waiting you never notified me that there was no shipment and never made mention of returning my money. Had to go to pay pal to get a refund. I would rather play a slot machine than buy from you people!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!”

“Still waiting for items paid for and not received. They charged separate fees for shipping several items. Then put them all in one envelope. Overcharging at for least 4 packages. Do not order from them....total. RIp off. Sent gloves in open package unsanitary plastic bag ...defeating the purpose.”

“Took my money for item on 28th April 2020, and still not arrived (6th June today), no response from them, they keep moving delivery date back, item still not left China. Very poor customer service, scammers, avoid these crooks at all costs.”

“Ordered loads off these people, thought stuff was cheap so ordered, out of 20 items I've received one item these orders where 3 months ago still nothing, complained to automated service which was terrible saying the delivery date will be one more month and they keep pushing dates up. I ordered 3 tablets for my kids and they said was delivered to my address and wasn't I talked to yodel there delivery service and they said the tracking number did not exist, and the delivery time from China to uk was one week which is rediclous they have rufused refund saying look down your local depot which I have, and they said look to your neighbours etc they are just passing the buck, the tablets cost a lot of money and I'm on furlough, I hate these scammers and this has caused my depression to worsen there must be something we can do to sought this Chinese rip off”

I have a sister that is a lawyer that specializes in these type things if you are me reach out to me and I will gladly point you in the right direction. LET'S PUT THIS PLACE OUT OF BUSINESS!!!! I has been two months and I've received nothing. Eight items and you mean to tell me you guys haven't sent nothing??? They have a contact number but no way to talk to anyone it just direct you to the online customer service text self service thing my dates of arrival have changed 4 or 5 time in two months and i honestly have no idea where my packages are or if I'm ever going to receive them or at least my money. I don't know anything and that isn't right because you sho took my money off of my card when I placed the order so I expect to receive the things that I paid for and to hear some people never received their money or packages. “I was ripped off over $200. I never received any items I ordered and the customer service rep is borderline offensive and dismissive. It was my first time using Wish.com. It is a scam. Do not use this company. They take your money and you don't see the product. They also frustrate your efforts and redirect you constantly. Horrible, horrible customer service. I read Neil - Killingworth England's review and it is almost identical to my own experience. WISH will not compensate or try to help you. It's like throwing money away and getting constantly lied to and insulted. WARNING DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. If you want to try it. I suggest ordering one, very cheap item and see if you experience the same problems as many of us have. That way at least you only loose $10 and not $200. Even the questions they ask after you write a review on here are terrible. Notice the options are rigged. For example it asks how many hours it took for a rep to get back to you. It give options up to 12 hrs and then jumps to over a week. So you can't answer "3 days". Another example is the questions are all geared assuming you received your delivery and you can't answer any of the questions if you haven't received your delivery at all. BEWARE - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY”

“Wish is a big scam Chinese are stealing from us in America don't buy from wish is a big scam I ordered plenty of stuff since April is already June have received anything they keep pushing back the delivery day they don't even give the choice now to return ur money or get any refund they keep saying to wait is a big joke Amazon and other companies deliver fast on time people stay away from wish”

“The items were returned to China before it was even sent to me. They kept saying to wait it will get there and changed the delivery date several times. Trying to contact customer service phone number will not connect you to a real person. The Facebook page of WISH ( I used their link to get there) sent me to a fake page ran by scammers and wanted information about the item (complete) as well as my card information and paypal information. This may have been a company that was working prior to COVID-19 however now it is impossible to contact anyone to fix any problems. This is 2 different orders, not just one”

“There is no number to call. If your package is late you just have to hope you recieve it because i dont think you get a gauranteed refund like ebay or every other reliable online service. It's a complete scam and joke.”
