“Do not save your payment option in wish. They automatically make order from my account, then according to them, delivery that in some USA address. (I live in Japan). When I contact them, they are telling me to contact the courier service and they can not do anything. Very very bad customer service and Please do not store your payment details. It is not safe at all.”

“Absolutely garbage and not even the made in china knock offs and replicas can compete with that -- rubbish - they take a picture from somewhere else and post it on their site so when you buy the item you would assume that the item is going to look like that-- but when you receive it is rubbish and nothing that looks like a picture”

“Unless you have free money to just give away..... Stay Away From Wish!!!!! I ordered like 6 items, waited a month(the delivery date came and went). So called customer service says it's "still en route". Fake shipping numbers, fake tracking info. Just Fake. The only part that was real was the money the from my card... Luckily I used a prepaid visa and not my bank card or one of my credit cards. This is a $60 lesson that I will pass on to any and everyone that I come in contact with. "Never ever order from wish.com, you're just giving them free money".”

“I tried out wish, I bought 6 different items just to see service. Every one was a scam. Bought 2 socket set from different supplers, supposed to be 200+ peices, in both cases just sent 1 spanner. Fishing shrimps supposed to be 3 fingers long. They were tiny. Heat shrink supposed to be double was very thin single. Geared 12 volt motor was about 1/4 size that I expected. Be very aware this site is full of scams. VERY DISAPPOINTED.”

“They refused to cancel an order, although they were asked to do so, within 24 hours of the initial purchase. Despite the fact that I rescinded my authorization, and permission to charge my account, they essentially stole my money, sent substandard, worthless products that in no way resembles their online photographs. They can’t be contacted in person, because they don’t want to be contacted in person. Essentially, their attitude is one of apathy, ambivalence, and smug satisfaction. They know they are stealing from people, and they have no intention of returning what they have stolen. Despicable! They should be closed down.”

“Help desk told me they were unable to deactivate my account after it has been hacked and my credit card stolen because elf the region I am in. Luckily American Express is on it and able to reverse the charges. I will never buy anything from here and no one else should either.”

“Scam -- I ordered 4 items the got put in a combined shipment. Never received the package 3 out of the 4 were refunded. 4th one the agent is arguing was delivered and refused to refund. Yet this same Agent refunded other items in this shipment. And then flagged my account for return abuse. Stay away and use a reputable co like Amazon that honors the return and refund policy”

“I haven’t even ordered anything yet and I’m frustrated. I keep seeing these very low prices advertised but when you go to their site the prices are always higher. Plus high delivery charges compared to Amazon. With so many bad reviews, why take the chance.”

“1. I am ordering the promo laptop, they just said it was on the way.. from november 2020, then the package still not come until the end of mid of january. Then WISH just said it was cancelled and return the money.... 2. At the same time i was ordering the handpone. I you know what, untill the end of february the package did not come, and wish just said it was cancelled. WOW ... what an easy way to say canceled, does WISH do not check first the existence and capability of the seller to sell the product. OR... is it the way of the WISH to use other people money by using time lag between payment and the return money. what a shames and what an idiot way to deal in this opening and broad market . I just suggest to you that : THINK HARDEST DEAL WITH WISH.... YOU MAY BE SORRY TO DEAL WITH WISH.... THE SELLER IS NOT QUALIFIED AS THE ONLINE SELLER WISH ONLY TRYING TO MAKE MONEY WITHOUT TAKE A GOOD CARE OF THE CUSTOMER WHO USE WISH MARKET.”

“I don't understand Wish at all and the contact thing brings me to hundreds of articles I have to read. First of all it shouldn't be that hard and to be usable there should be someone I can contact and there doesn't seem to be. Why is it so hard? I've been using ebay for years and it's easy, this is terrible. I signed up and I'm too frustrated to go any further and if they won't help what's the point.”

“Wish will never be in the same space as Amazon or eBay. I don't know how wish even exists. I'm actually dumbfounded. I reported to wish on my purchase that the seller sent me an item totally different to what was pictured on the listing. The seller was so blatant that they just sent me an inferior product instead of the one pictured. I was very angry when this happened. You'd think a big company would step in and quickly deal with dodgy sellers like that on their platform. But to my shock, after filling in a form about my experience with the dodgy seller, Wish NEVER replied to me or got back to me since!!! To me it's a big no no. How can a company, supposedly this big, ignore an issue like this?? An issue that is easily dealt with many times by someone like Amazon or eBay. Eventually after a week of no response from Wish I went to PayPal and raised a dispute myself. Thankfully I got my money back. PayPal ruled in my favour. The whole point is, Wish should be the one to step in and mediate. Not me doing all that hard work to get my money back. Never ever would I ever buy from Wish. I'll be sure to tell ally family and friends to never go to Wish. If I hear any friends about to buy on Wish I'll do everything in my power to stop them. And tell them to also spread the word of this unforgivable practice by Wish. Worst big company I've ever had to deal with.”

“Wish is a scam. I ordered a watch. After about a month I got an email saying there was a delay and did I wish to wait. I said yes. Big mistake. It still hasn't arrived so I contacted customer services. The only thing to say in their favour is that they replied. Apparently I should have known that I had 30 days from the due date to contact them and I've lost my money. I can't see the order in my account so am doubtful it was ever sent, and wonder if their email was a delaying tactic to ensure I didn't contact them in time. This was my first order. As their reviews are so mixed I deliberately ordered a low value item to see if they were reputable or a scam. Good choice - they're a scam.”

“Wish told me that my electric bicycle was delivered . BUT IT WAS NOT DELIVERED. I placed the following WISH order on Jan. 30, 2021. (Order Placed: Jan 30, 2021 Order #: 601603b3f137c337d3c1b4a1 2021 New 26 Inch Mountain Beach Electric Bicycle Ebike Fat Tire for Adults, 4-Inch Wide Knobby Tires, 7-Speed, Twist Shifters, Steel Frame, Front and Rear Brakes & Professional Bicycle Riding Equipment Headlights Two Colors A little package did come from Wish BUT it was not my Electric Bicycle. It was a cheap plastic light that I did not order BUT Wish is telling me that it was my Electric bicycle. I feel that Wish cheated me.”
