“I placed an order in October was not happy with the item at all so I returned it straight away its been over a month ago and still haven’t got my refund wish company seems to be a scam Yvonne”

“This company will lie to you in any way they can I have products that I was supposed to get a long time ago six to seven of them and it's been over six days and on their policy it says if I didn't receive an item five days after the date they have they will start a refund policy that is bunch of b******* they keep sending me the same message when I tell them I haven't received my item that's unusual it must be weather conditions it must be package volume it's the same thing over and over do not trust this company do not order from this company Amazon is way better and they don't screw you over and you get a live agent right away they don't have any live agents”

“I figured out the name: I WISH I had my money back. I ordered 6 things to try: kitchen knives, jewelry, t-shirt and the like. I didn't spend a lot since there are so many bad reviews, but I I did read to be careful reading product feedback. Everything I bought was 4-star +. Today, received the last of my orders. I never imagined in 2020 there would be cheap Chinese junk like this. In the old days of 2000, sure. Glad to know there are still crummy factories turning out yesterdays garbage. For example: what should be metal jewelry is plastic with thin metal plate - of course not described that way. Its obvious to the touch and can literally be pulled apart with minimal effort. Tshirt is faded and low-quality image - of course not like the stock photo. Makes an ok night shirt since it technically meets the definition of a shirt, but you'd do better of pricewise to get a Hanes undertee. The knives are ok, but not a real bargain when you consider the SH. Descriptions are misleading as are the stock photos on 6/7 of the items I bought. If you purchase on ebay, could be possible to return at a reasonable cost for a refund and flag the seller for selling trash. Since it's Wish, you'd do well to get 50% refunded - the other 50% they will already have you for due to inflated s&h cost. There is no real system to penalize sellers or hold them accountable for their crappy products. I already threw half the items in the trash and I am currently debating on some others...”

“Wish complaint placed with photos. 48 hour reply promised - nothing The goods ARE NOTHING like as shown on Wish site. I have asked for RETURN instructions (promised on Wish site) NO RESPONSE THE REVIEWS HAVE TO BE IN ERROR - I AM A UK SIZE 12 - 3XXL ORDER - TOO SMALL THE PHOTOS FOR PURCHASE ARE NOT IN COTTON AND CLEARLY NOT SHEER TO THE EXTENT OF TRANSLUCENT...... THIS IS THE CONDITION OF THE PRODUCTS THAT HAVE ARRIVED FAKE SITE - TREAT WITH CAUTION”

“'ve purchased from wish a few times and EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. There has been an issue with the order my most recent order turned out to be scammers. As soon as the purchase went through the items became unavailable to even look at, they say they cant find them. I've tried to get a refund but they wont and keep pushing the processing time farther back. I emailed their support and they said to use their bot. That doesnt work ever! Dont waste your money you can buy the same item on amazon for about the same price as wish(wish price+wish shipping) and it'll take less time to get to you!”

“i ordered 2 large Rose of Jericho plants quite a few months ago, i was charged $22 au, last monday week 30th of nov 2020 i received a dozen tiny plants that were not only broken but TOTALLY dead, i have tried to get into wish but keep getting rejected no email of wrong password, i have gone to several companies who say they have written to Wish and there is nothing they can do then i got an email from a company saying my order has closed, i went to Pay Pal and have NO success, i warn you all keep away from WIsh, I WISH I NVER HAD THAT WISH what a nightmare . one stat is 1 too many”

“If I could give less than one star I would. I ordered 4 items one the first item it was a cover up $8.00 plus $4.99 shipping. They said they were unable to send it and said they refunded my account. The refund was .70cents. the other three items I never received. my total order was 43.00 dollars I tried many times with them and they not have refunded $6.00. the cae is closed Scam Scam”

“I wouldn't even give Wish 1 star! and I wouldn't advise anyone to order from them! I tried to order some items from them, keep getting an error when checking out, tried for 2 days and gave up when it kept giving error and ordered the same items from a different site. Then yesterday I got an invoice from Klarna for the purchase in Wish! I never got any confirmation email from Wish nor any order showing in my order list and imagine my shock when I got the invoice! I contacted Wish and they keep giving me the same standard reply - that it has been shipped out (which I doubt since it's only been a couple of days!) and since it's on the way, there's nothing they can do. I kept telling them I want it cancelled as I do not wish to have the same products twice and pay for it and they keep giving the same reply!! I honestly do not know how to solve this since customer support is extremely horrible when they keep giving the same standard reply and not even trying to solve this and I don't know who can I contact regarding this!”
