“ Absolutely a disgrace company advertising something saying things included and when arriving only I Item of the included item when returning it you pay for returning as well as £8 delivery charge it was false advertising trade and standing should be involved I will not be leaving this so people do not buy from this company ”

“ Hardly ever had a problem. I've gotten a lot of great deals on items for my home - kitchen glass containers, bedside organizers, earrings for my wife. The delivery times are long (3-4 weeks) but sometimes the items come early. If the quality is not up to the mark (which happened in very few cases), I was given a refund by the cs team. Would recommend to anyone looking to find good deals. ”

“ I was charged for 2 items totalling £80/45p but I then received an Email saying these items were not available at the price advertised I could have a refund or credit I chose the refund direct to my bank account ,unfortunately this still has not happened , but I have been charged again for one item £48 , I ordered at least 10 items but have not received any of them !!! Plus I am about £200 out of pocket !!! What is happening , I for one will not be using Wish in the future ,I would not recommend them to anyone looking for reliability of prompt service or delivery David I Halls ”

“ I have purchased a number of items from Wish suppliers, each was delivered, and mostly get what you pay for. A couple of gents watches, have been much appreciated, by their recipients. Long delivery time, but bearing in mind the location of the supplier, most understadable. I shall make more purchases from time to time. ”

“ It's a great place to find deals. I've bought a number of items (mostly household stuff - like kitchen canisters, storage boxes, charging cables, etc.) and have been satisfied. Sure it takes much longer to delivery and you need to read the reviews and ratings. On occasions where the item hasnt been delivered on time OR has not been up to the quality, I've been issued a full refund. ”
