Lured me in with cheap prices on jigsaw puzzles. After selecting a few I proceeded to checkout, was prompted to created an account (no guest checkout option) and then discovered their ridiculous shipping rates. I then cancelled my order as i will not participate in this type of bait and switch. Less than 24 hours Wish.com has already used my provided email to send me 6(!) spam messages. Looks like they got what they want.

They changed the shipping arrival multiple times. Now they have my summer shirts arriving in the fall. You can't get anywhere with what they call their online assistance, which is where they want you to submit requests for refund. It's a scam. They took the money immediately and I'm still sitting here. I've emailed and submitted requests. NO REFUND.

Absolutely the worst for delivery. I understand there is problems with delivery because of covid 19 but no other company takes 3 months to get you your item

i have not received my shoes that was ordered in early June 2020 paid over R450.00 and every time the delivery date gets extended.

Wish had me going round and round with my refund request of a product I already returned even with USPS proof of delivery. Thank goodness for my using PayPal as my payment source. They contacted Wish but with no apparent response either. PayPal gave me a refund after reviewing my case.I trusted PayPal to be there for me and sure enough, they rescued me! Thanks PayPal! Be forewarned about Wish.com as you’d wished that you hadn’t ordered from them! Poor product quality and poor customer service!

Total Scam I was exited about the great products. I ordered 8 different items in mid May 2020...finally mid July I was told they some might arrive in November 2020, Now I am trying to get my money back. No one answers my questions.

Unbelievably poor! Ordered a product as it had a 2 week ETA. 2 months later I am told to wait yet another month and have no faith it will turn up. Requested a refund only to be told I cannot have one as it has been shipped, which I don't believe for one minute. I truly believe this is one big hoax and that most folks never get their order delivered. I hope this review will help some people to NEVER order form these thieves. Hopefully, enough people will report them to their country regulatory authorities to get them closed down.

A similar story to others. I ordered an item and the estimated delivery date just keeps getting put back month after month. It is already 3 months since I ordered it. The help centre is no help at all as there is no way to cancel your order. You can blame COVID up to a point but when the item reached the destination country 2 months ago you don't expect to recieve it. As far as I can see they just have to keep putting the delivery date. Avoid this website it is not worth the hassle

IT IS A SCAM !!!I POST REVIEW EVERYWERE I CAN AND I CAN SEE I AM NOT THE ONLY ONE.ORDER TWO ITEMS IN MAY , DATE CHANGED TWICE.NOW FOR 6TH SEPTEMBER. NO REPLY FOR EMAILS , NO REFUND.

You will WISH you never did business with them. My item delivery has now been pushed back again. It's been 2 months since I ordered, now they say it will be another 2 months until delivery. I will never order from this site again, and you shouldn't either.

I bought 3 items and paid a crazy amount on shipping to have it here by july, I ordered them may 16. I still have not received them, instead they changed delivery date to Aug 14-Oct 11. I am in no need for these items now, as they were gifts. I have repeatedly asked for my money back,...but nothing, They have my money and the merchandise. I will never shop this site again! A real rip off

Ordered an inflatable slide and it came moldy out of the box. The product tore within a few weeks but the company would not accept a return because the request was made outside of their return window. In addition, their customer service is somewhere between minimal and non-existent. It is impossible to speak with a human being and responses via email appear automated and certainly do not attempt to sincerely address customers' concerns. Spend more money to avoid this company at all cost!

17 april order and payment, today 14 july still no product and no money back. They always say wait wait, but from the tracking it's clear they lost parcel 8 may. They just made a partiale refund (less than shipping cost) and it's the worst customer service I've seen in my life. I wrote many times asking my money back but I only got automated and not satisfactory answers.

Upon ordering product Wish indicated 2 week delivery. On date it was to arrive tracking link said it will come in 3 MONTHS!!! It’s a Bose remote control. No way to contact this business for refund!

For gods sake !!! I understand that they could having problem with the delivery time as covid 19 had an impact on everything but I lost hope of getting my items that I had ordered since April!!!!!..no chance of getting a refund ..as every month they change my delivery date maybe to keep my money as I dont have no way to track nothing... they are scamming people and using the pandemic as an excuse to rip as off...never again thay will have my business.

I think the better business bureau should shut them down. I am gonna actually take the time to do what I have to. well I would like my 100.00 back. li know I will never see it. they gave me back 30.00 in shipping. I had 11 orders received 1. they closed all the windows on my orders, luckily, I screenshotted the dates (after 60- they added 30 more) then they closed the orders saying items refunded. ( liars) anyway, am gonna turn them into the better business bureau. so long $100.00.use amazon, they are so much BETTER!!

The item was inexpensive. However, I purchased an item on May 29, which was communicated as being delivered in June. I received a notice that it would not be delivered until mid July. Now I have received another notice it will not be delivered until end of September. I have no more good faith in wish.com and will do no more business with them.
