“Ordered in May 20 and date keeps being put back now Aug to Oct. I cannot find how to get a refund and there is no contact details on site. So do not use.”

“SCAMMERS! THIEVES! Put them out of business by spreading the word through Social Media. Ordered 3-5 items May 20th, Wish paid May 27th (timely manner). Still waiting for those items. Customer Service unheard of. No live contact. I'm good though. Called my bank July 8th and received a total refund within 24 hours. Why? Because banks are becoming aware of these scammers and are becoming weary of refunding these monies to their good customers who are being wronged. I was also advised to block any payments to Wish.com in the event the crooks try to get into my account without authorization. Wow! Has anyone out there found unauthorized charges from Wish.com on their bank statements? That's criminal and can be prosecuted. This is a lesson learned for me. Of course I will never, ever order anything from the Wish Crooks. If it's looks too good to be true (pricing) it's false. I will stick with Amazon and Walmart only. Neither has ever failed me and I've never had a reason to return anything. BUY AMERICAN!!”

“Ordered on 3rd of July, delivery estimated between 15-24th of July. Updated today with a delivery date of 24th of September. No refund or cancellation option. Unacceptable.”

“Never ever ever ever use this company - they are fraudulent and use false advertising. They say items cost a specific amount of money but then add ridiculously inflated shipping rates and duplicate per item bought from the same store in an effort to say costs are low. If you try to dispute or request a refund - their customer service is dismal and they will say openly that they duplicate shipping costs to falsely advertise low prices but they will not actually address your concerns or prove any refunds without a very long and tiresome fight. Their mission is to ask the same question so many times and not address concerns in the hope that people will give up and stop requesting refunds for duplicated shipping costs or items not received. Stay away from this fraudulent company.”

“Ordered merchandise in May, now it’s not arriving until September. It was scheduled to arrive in June, rescheduled for July and so on. There’s no way to get through to customer service. The summer merchandise is arriving in the fall so I don’t want it now!”

“I ordered and paid for an item on 12th of May 2020.Today I received update for the 5th time re delivery. I now seems September is delivery date. 4 months of a wait is ridiculous. I will not be using Wish again and I've no hope of a refund.”

“I ordered total of $265 since May 16..they keep changing the delivery date..they dont want to refound me my money now they changed the delivery to Aug 8.do not order from them ...I will call my credit card company and BBB..I invite all of you to do the same.”

“Ordered mobile covers in May and till now they are not delivered while the delivery date changes.. The tracking details are updated every 20-25 days. I am not sure if i will be getting my parcel or not but this will be my first and last order on wish.”
