“Scam ! Scam ! Scam ! All good reviews must be fake Ordered 200$ worth of items Never received Wish promised full refund but that never happened Liars ! Don't waste your hard earned money and time”

“I ordered a pressure canner from from wish costing me 120.99 dollars and did not send me the canner. Contacted the support sevice mutiple times. Gave them the order number and the tracking number multiple times,and they would not check it out. Yes they are theives and scammers. I with somethi know I am not the only person they have done this to. I wish that something could be done that would make this right.”

“SCAMMERS!-SCAMMERS!-SCAMMERS! Ordered from them. And their product said it’s military grade but was definitely not what showed on their ad. Very Mis-leading, not of military grade. They do not wish to keep their customers happy. THEY DO NOT HAVE GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE...”

“BEWARE! Yesterday I had an email saying that my 6 rugs!!!! were being shipped from China and they have taken £174 out of my Visa account! I have not ordered from Wish for at least 4 months. This order was supposed to be placed a week ago! I think that they are making money during the pandemic, they know I wont try to return 6 rugs!! As said below, there is virtually no way to contact Wish by phone, email etc. I have filled in Martins Money tips on line form and sent a 'customer service request' to Wish- which wil be answere in 3 days- when these rugs will be on their way to my home. DO NOT TRUST Wish! I am going to have to change my credit card number”

“I ordered few items and non of them got delivered.. I sent them emails and tried to communicate with them but all I got was my refund period is over... They never even sent my goods.I wanted to know where my goods where but no reply”

“The quantity of the item I received is 60% percent less than what I ordered. I have contacted their customer service and they don’t want to do anything about it. I will not order anything from wish I the future. Be careful to order stuff from them.”

“An absolute Scam be carful if you have account there with your credit card you might realise you place big order you never did then order got canceled so you end up cash credit in your account which you can’t get it out they make you spend it !”

“There are missing information - expected delivery date. There are no way to ask custom questions nor telephone number, instead you have to choose from a handful of questions. So support is non existence. The item has not started processing after 2 days of placing order but not able to cancel. Please keep yourself away.”

“They are horrible. I pay $15 for a 4 piece bathset. I received 3 of the pieces. I told them and they treated me like I was incompetent. I will never shop from them again and it makes me sad because I have been ordering through them for years. Yes its not always the greatest quality but I got what I paid for and never had a complaint. Don't shop with them. There return policy is horrible, their customer service is horrible meaning there isn't any.”

“Wish allowed my account to be hacked I informed them that the goods were not ordered by me and their delivery address was in delaware USA I live in London yet they have still allowed these criminals to order from my account today they took another £39.00 out of my account you can't get through to them by phone or email what the fk are you supposed to do I also requested over 2 weeks ago they closed my account but they have totally ignored me watch out wish I am gunning for you you are a bunch of crooks”

“To me I think all this items that I ordered are walking to my house cause still a month later they still have not yet left the country of origin and they have the guts to charge you so much for shipping if you read this in time run from this app I cannot even get customers support to speak to so save your agreviation and don’t order here”

“No single star also for Wish, Rubbish company, poor customer service, expensive products offerS in discounted price but never ship them, only poor and cheap products will ship fast . “Order 50 masks for $18. Received my order 2 months later for 20 masks. Looked up my order they changed the item description and the pictures. Contacted them twice to ask for partial refund they refused. So I contact PayPal and waiting for them to make decision. Do not use wish.com”
