“Might be a small thing, but we have recently started purchasing the Woolworths Chicken Pie (boxed) again, advertised as “new and improved recipe”, and oh my gosh is this true!! We were long time fans but stopped buying this product many months ago after it just started being yuck. The new version is incredible - crispier lighter pastry, a creamier “gravy”, and bigger very TENDER chicken chunks. Just to be sure, we checked this out 3 times over 3 weeks. An unbelievable improvement. Thank you Woolworths!!”

“New product. Tripe. I was raised on offal. I am a pale skinned South African, but African dishes are so good. I live alone and cooking dishes like tripe are just not economical as well as the fact that I am a terrible cook. When I found tripe on your shelf in the cold foods section I was apprehensive but wow you've nailed it. Delicious 😋. I hope it's here to stay.”

“Please bring back this beloved Company! Those were the best years of my life. My dad would bring me to Woolworth and have a Hamberger with fries and coleslaw with a cold Chocolate milkshake in the inside restaurant they had on the left side of the entrance. Then we would go shopping . Those were the best years of my life. Please bring in it back!! I love Woolworth ❤️”

“Greetings once again, I'm over the moon Woolworths Hygiene Face soap. The best ever, can't get enough of the Aloe and Green Tea and Lemon Fragrance. smell divine and foamy lather my skin so smooth. My entire family loves it too. Keep it up Woolworths. The price is great too.”

“I went to Woolworths in Rosebank to exchange a linen shirt as I had purchased the wrong size. I was helped by Bongani Ndlela in the Men’s Department. Bongani went to great efforts to find a store which had the size I needed. After 45 minutes of hanging around, I left the store and gave Bongani my contact details. He promised to do his very best to locate a replacement shirt. Later the same evening, Bongani sent a message to me advising me that he had managed to find the shirt in the size I wanted. I am so grateful to Bongani for the great lengths he went to, to help me. Very satisfied customer. Thank you Bongani Ndlela 🏆🏆🏆”

“Very good customer service.With respectful and cheerful till operators.Lysah Mabona as it say on the till slip but her name badge says Lonah in Woolworths Boskruin,she is very energetic and fast.I think I saw her for the third time trying to help pensioner customers put back groceries to the trolleys.I love her empathy and respect.However that does not mean other operators are unlike her,they are also helpful.This made me enjoy shopping at Woolworths even more cause I felt cared for.”

“I had the most amazing experience today, 5 February 2024, at Woolworths Three Rivers. I am 70 years of age and have MANY MANY years of experience in shopping. But NEVER ever has anybody done what Nompumelelo Itumateny did today. While I was busy making my card payment for groceries, Nompulelelo stood up and without hesitation went around her counter and loaded the shopping bags for me into my trolley. What is also amazing is that she didn't even expect a 'thank you' or reward of any kind. She did it without me noticing at first as I was occupied with the card machine. I don't have enough words to demonstrate my sincere appreciation. THANK YOU, Nompumelelo. Thank you so very much...”

“My husband and I went to the Woolworths in Cornubia to purchase school shoes for my two boys. We unfortunately could not get the size we wanted for our eldest boy. We met Payal who works in the shoe department and I must commend her on her excellent customer service skills. She was soi helpful in trying to help us locate size from the different stores and even took my details to call me once new stock has arrived. It's is very rare that you get retail staff that enjoy what they do and will go the extra mile to assist customers. Thank you Payal for your help today. Woolworths Cornubia...you have a gem of a staff member on your team.”

“goodday today I visited woolworths mall at carnival and i was assisted by Mpho in the man section she really gave me a good service i was looking for mans slim fit golf tshirt and she went all out so that i can get proper size and even went as far as to check at which stores i can get the sizes that i wanted since you were out of stock id like to thank mpho and the cashiers as well i cant remember her name she was welcoming and she also gave me a good services i didnt get the colours of the tshirt that i wanted but i was happy with the good service they gave me keep it up!”

“Honestly the worst experience in delivery and reimbursement. They really have no idea what they're doing. Dont expect Sity60 level of service delivery. I placed an order, order showed delivered and the items never arrived. Requested a refund and they dont have a process to do that. Honestly pathetic service levels. I called the app helpdesk and the Dash agent transferred me to Online and then Online transferred me to Dash. When I asked why I'm being transferred back and forth the guy hung up. So frustrating”
