"Horrible experience with online order. Order placed on the 1st of December, delivery date was 6th. Apparently the courier came on the 4th without any prior notification , I was not home and without even calling they just left . Status updated \u2018we couldnt find you in the provided adress\u2019. Since then everyday the parcel is out for delivery then nothing happens, called customer care numerous times without any resolution. At this point I think i will never receive it. It was worth just above 1000 Rand. Never never going to Woolworth again. Rather go to zara or forevernew."
