“I went to Woolies Greenacres Queberha for bra's. I was assisted by a very friendly lady named Sakenah who introduced me to a lady named Belinda to take my measurements. Both ladies went out of their way to assist me. Well done ladies, I appreciate your help dearly. You truly put the customer's needs first.”

“Excellent service received on 20/01:25 at 14:41 from Teller Chantelle Jordan and Manager Johnna Lee. Upon forgetting my PIN number they were extremely patient and kind! The manager accessed the situation, she spoke kindly and patiently reassured me, then took me aside to be seated and to relax, following which I remembered my pin! Her patience and kindness is much appreciated! Thank you WW for hiring such professional staff!”

“I am unhappy with the Woolies dash service not delivered ALL items ordered and paid for. The App is slow to inform the user on out of stock items. I had essential items for delivery to prepare for supper not delivered. It's really annoying and crediting my Account later does not Cut it.”

“Callie a cashier at Waterstone SW went the extra mile. The product (American Style Hotdog) I bought had no barcode. She took out her own phone and went online to look the product up on Woolies app. This saved a lot of time not having to send someone to find the product on the shelf. She is extremely friendly and helpful. Much appreciated!”

“I had the best service from 3 different woolworths stores in Polokwane in the last month. Woolworths Landros mare str,greenery and Savannah. Thank you to each store for 1st class service and friendliness. At each store I was treated like a VIP and I am truly happy with the excellent service I received. Thank you to each and every one.”

“Today I went to Woolworths looking for a set towelsi couldn’t find what I was looking for but Fikile (Management) jump in to assist me ,she made some suggestion and I ended up getting something better because of her …she even offered to rap up my towels nicely …honestly her service was 100% She was very friendly and professional 🙌🏻🙌🏻… …SHE IS THE BEST ….#she deserves a promotion 👌👌👌👌👌👌👌👌👌👌”

“Woolworths Canal Walk we received excellent service from Beuon My husband needed a shirt in his size but unfortunately Woolworths canal walk didn't have a size but Beuon my calls to your other stores and found a size in Cavendish store we just want to thank him for excellent service politeness we appreciated his service then we met to Managers Warren& Wendy was very polite and we had a good chat while Beuon was on the phone to your other stores lovely managers.”

“Been to Vangate woolies after a few years today. Me and my daughter and 10mnth old grandchild, and what a beautiful experience got to the till with clothing and a few snacks. Little 1 got a bit irritated being in the trolley for a while and the cahier Inshaaf did not give me a chance to ask her if she could ring the prawn chips first before the rest of the other items,to give to the baby. And it was done with a smile it was extremely observant of her and still had the time to give us a smile. This is the type of service you expect going shopping, but that is a big burden for some staff at the opposition. Store manager Mr Nqaba just as helpful thank you once again for making my shopping experience in your store so pleasant”

“Good day, On 23 August 2024, I wanted to purchase Green Olive Rustic bread from the Woolworths Food branch in Woodbridge (Dann road, Kempton Park). There was only one loaf left. To my surprise the lady at the bakery asked how many loafs I wanted and asked me if she could bake me some. I asked how long it would take and she replied only 12 minutes. I affirmed and continue shopping and when I returned after 12 minutes I was handed my 2 loafs fresh from the oven. I want to thank the lady at the bakery (unfortunately I did not take her name) for really outstanding and excellent customer service. When I arrived at home I could not wait to have some of the deliciously fresh green olive rustic bread.”

“On the morning of my birthday a pretty bunch of lilies was delivered to my home in Port Elizabeth. They were sent to me by my daughter in Cape Town. They were all closed but still looked beautiful in my vase. Well, they opened slowly over the next few weeks and lasted a whole month which was a wonderful surprise. I enjoyed every minute. They must have been in mint condition. Thank you so much”

“Hi my name is Bulelwa Macozoma one of your loyal custormers , Yesterday 10 July 2024 i went to Woolies in Oxford Street East London desparately looking for boy's school shirts. Upon my arrival there the guy was closing the door, the other guy by the name Athi ask what i was looking for and he quickly go and check and fortunately they have my son's size 38 15 inch and i got the shirt. Thanks to Athi and other Woolies staff.”

“I placed an order only 2 days ago and received my order this morning. Everything was packed nicely in a neat box with sufficient packing material to ensure nothing was damaged and delivered in good order. A special shout out to the courier guy, Alfred, who delivered my order. He was so helpful and patient as I recently had a leg injury and am on crutches. This is a great service as I was unable to get my size of some particular items at stores nearby and saved me so much hassle in driving around looking for them. Most definitely will use this service again!”
