“I accidentally threw out the packet with some important information and couldn't activate my card but Annie from customer services was able to find my order and get me what I needed with barely any information. Very good chat function. Now I'll be able to use the service properly. Thanks to Worldsim.”

“Thanks Jonathan! I had been getting trouble for recharge my WorldSIM card which is using for calling local & for abroad. He had been helped me for recharging, viewing call history & so many others. I heartily thanks to him for kindly help. I recommended to my friends for use WorldSIM instead of high charges from other services of roaming, which makes me get in touch with everybody.”

“I recently bought a WorldSIM card to use in Kenya and it literally saved my life. From the time I touched down in Nairobi I was able to connect to a local operator and access my Whats App by creating a hotspot to my normal phone. There were some urgent family matters which I had to deal with which I was able to do whilst the aircraft was waiting to be disembarked. Thank you WorldSIM”

“I have been a customer with WorldSIM for years now. as a singer and Author, I travel quite a lot and having yourself to make it easier for people to get hold of you is one greatest thing you can ever have. Yes I have faced some harsh times in some responses but because of regulations. I have bought products from WORLDSIM and never had a fake item. Thank you so kindly guys ESPECIALLY CATHY who if online has helped solve most of my issues when they arise. I will continue to be a customer for life.”

“Here is ANOTHER 1 star review!! Their SIM was not compatible with 2 of my Smartphones....after 5 weeks of their 'Technical' team efforts they decided I need to change CODE on my phoneS, which I am not capable of. Over the 5 weeks I REPEATEDLY AND POLITELY suggested they just return my money. Finally I have demanded my €60 back or I would give bad reviews and take to Social media....and HERE I am!!! They are not even responding to my emails now. My advice ...USE A DIFFERENT COMPANY”

“I took a gamble on their International Data simcard. Data worked reasonably well on the first day in Mexico but eventually it failed. I loaded the card with both credit and a data bundle but neither worked. I sent an email but no refund as yet.”
