“I needed information on my worldsim card and contacted the chat. I was replied by Cathy who was very polite and helpful in responding to my questions in a polite and timely manner. She was able to give me all the information that I needed and also gave me extra information that I was not aware of. She is a very good representation in customer service for Worldsim.
