“I needed to get an international SIM card to use in Japan. This is the first time I had to do this and, unfortunately, I am not good with technology and do not understand a lot of the terms used. I had two very long conversations with Matt B, who explained everything and was very helpful and patient. I hope the rest of the support team will be as good, should I ever need their help.”
