I contacted XLN through the webchat service and connected to Keziah who answered straight away. Really helpful, fixed my issue with no problems. Very quick.

Shocking service , company sends old hat card machines out that do not work and still take your money off you , asked for a callback nothing only problem after problem buffers regret signing up to this 10 months in I can still not take card payments I going disgraceful wat to treat small businesses

Avoid at all costs This business is untrustworthy unhelpful and take money off buisness and do not provide the service but still expect payments a Joke ! And they don’t bother to get back to you either my machine has been unable to take payments for months and they don’t care

Avoid at all cost .. this has to be the worst and most threatening customer care I've had in my 23 years of running business, after I've close an account with them I'd had for over 10 years for severely over priced and awful service.. the amount of "warnings" about if "I would be fined if I was still under contract" ( I was not) not to mention up selling of it's other products despite being told on many occasions I did not want to be contacted about them. Truly terrible

Terrible customer service. Now into 4 weeks without broadband after a fault. Fobbed off every time we chase it up. One of their customer service people was absolutely disgusting in his rude, incompetent manner. Will be moving all 4 of our lines plus broadband services and wouldn’t recommend to anyone

Sadly this Company has a very good sales talk at the start, followed by price hikes and extra charges. I wish I had seen the reviews before I tied our Company into a two year contract on what initially looked like a great deal. Considering paying the excessive get out charge just to get rid of them.

AVOID THIS SCAMMER. The company should not get even 1 star. AVOID THEM. They told you one price when you sign the contract but the invoice comeS double price. The customer service is so rude and not helping at all by blaming customer for not taking Responsibility for it. When you have a problem with the land line, you need to call them thousands times And ask you to do on your own plugging before they will send the engineer down. AVOID THEM

Terrible service, overpriced and always trying to add on to the bill. Had to deal with the ombudsman it got so bad. Avoid at all costs.

Awful service. Since starting our contract with this company we have had a recurring issue with internet uptime during work hours. We have contacted them possibly hundreds of times regarding it, and they have done nothing but ask us the to send them pictures of the router and how it is set up. We have had one engineer visit which did not improve the situation at all. We are seriously considering cancelling the direct debt and moving to a new provider because there is no progress being made and it seems like they are making no attempt to fix or identify the issue.

In this economic climate, I asked you to reduce my payments. My XLN broadband is of no use to me , in a closed down gym. I spoke to 4 of your representatives and none prepared to offer a reduced or suspended payment plan. Shame on you

PRICES KEEPING GOING UP HELPING IN STAGES TO THE DD WITH NO COMUNICATIONS.HAVE BECOME A VERY EXPENSIVE COMPANY.

In the present situation with Corona virus I was told I would need to pay £400 for breaking my contract early but they were unwilling to offer any reduction even though lines and broadband cannot be used. I will cancel as soon as my contract ends this year and hopefully so will every other small business they refuse to help
