“In this economic climate, I asked you to reduce my payments. My XLN broadband is of no use to me , in a closed down gym. I spoke to 4 of your representatives and none prepared to offer a reduced or suspended payment plan. Shame on you”

“In the present situation with Corona virus I was told I would need to pay £400 for breaking my contract early but they were unwilling to offer any reduction even though lines and broadband cannot be used. I will cancel as soon as my contract ends this year and hopefully so will every other small business they refuse to help”

“For a small business the rates are ridiculously high. From an initial agreement rates are almost 100% higher. Poor customer service - stay away from this company!!!”
