“They people that speak in the phone are so nice and understand you.Even if your stressed or get angry they try calm you down.Ive used loads of broadband providers and xln are the best so far,they don't speak to you like your daft. Id work with this company againj and again Too sum it up they're a 5* company who treats there customers well. Especially Ryan and Ivy has been as godsent, couldn't have done it without yous vxx”

“Speaking to Isabel was a fantastic experience. Firstly, we provided the issues that we were looking to overcome, where Isabel listens to the issues and provided multiple solutions. Secondly, a full explanation to each of the options available including costs and other ideas and thoughts based on her personal experience helped us to make a more informed decision. More importantly, it was evident Isabel was able to actively listen, to ensure that our solution and problem was correct. Further detail as to our commitment in contract was also explained as well as other services and expectation from XLN. Overall further justification to continue using XLM. Thank you very much”

“Been with these guys since 2009. Had a few issues but they always sort. Just trying to find best deal for my business and used the online chat and "Abbie" was so helpful, giving me different options and advise. No hard sell.”

“Since XLN set up my phone and broadband the service has been fantastic. Just used the live chat facility to update my bank details and was probably the best live chat I have used. Abbie was amazing on the live chat”
