Shocking disgusting company. Who block your email when you chase a refund for a stolen parcel and fob you off over the phone when you question them. Truly disgusting!

Terrible customer service! Parcel arrived with items missing only to be told despite sending pictures I was wrong and they would not take it any further the weight agreed even though the parcel and 2 labels on it! In all my life I have never experienced anything like it made out to be a liar after using them for years. Now I have to pay for items never delivered avoid avoid avoid terrible.

Absolute SCAM ARTISTS! I ordered a total of 12 items from Yours at considerable expense only for them to send only 11. I got on the phone to them and they said they were unwilling to help as the weight they can see was correct so it’s effectively TOUGH! The woman on the phone even said this happens all the time yet my only hope for resolution is to contact my payment provider. I’m absolutely outraged that they haven’t included a 23.99 cardigan in my parcel and are just completely washing their hands of it. Unbelievable and terrible customer services. Avoid this company at all costs, I will NEVER use them again.

I placed an order for 22 items costing nearly £600, I received an email to say the full order was dispatched. When i got home that night i had 2 bags (I placed 2 orders on same day), so one bag was my other order but the other bag only had 7 of the 22 items i had ordered. When i contacted C.S i was told the weight of the bag never changed throughout transit and was delivered as pictured. Despite several emails to C.S to complain and also i made a phone call about this issue, I have STILL NOT received the remaining items and am now and they have closed the issue down as they say all items were picked and dispatched, and they have not done anything wrong. All i want is the remaining items i have paid for.

Do not buy from this brand! I’ve been shopping with them for over 10 years and my most recent order had items missing! When queried with customer service it took them nearly 3 weeks to respond (despite multiple follow ups) and they told me that I was mistaken(!!), that all items were shipped, and they couldn’t issue a refund….. I don’t want a refund, I just want the missing items that I paid for! The bad wasn’t open or damaged in transit, and they consider the matter settled because it’s inconceivable that someone could have made a mistake… WORST experience I’ve ever had with a clothing brand - am gutted. All over 2 tshirts… shame on you YOURS. I will be spreading this message as far and wide as I can.

Do not buy on line as returns are difficult for people not computer savvy will never shop with them again pity as I like the clothes

Horrendous company, customer service mon existent. Two pair of faulty boots need retuned, can not retun in store as state returned on the website. Failed colllectikn, phone lines closed constantly, other reviews reflect this. Quality mirrors the service lacking. Manager clocks emails and calls as has no interest in supporting. CS replies on TP is ridiculous they are robotic and say they will investigate internally how will this help with my refund or collection?

I honestly regret ordering from Yours Clothing. My return experience has been an absolute nightmare. I created my return over 10 days ago, and it took endless emails, messages, and waiting just to get a “label” that didn’t even work. The barcode they sent me was not registered with Correos, so the post office couldn’t process the parcel. The label was missing the tracking number, and customer support took days to reply — when they replied at all. The chatbot is completely useless and only gives generic answers. Returning an item should not be this complicated. I won’t be shopping here again, and I honestly recommend others avoid the store until they fix their return process.

I am having to return a beautiful dress, only because it is too big. The size is 22/24, whereas just the size 20/22 would have probably been perfect for me. I made a mistake with how i was trying to return online, but after speaking with customer service, it has been arranged for the dress to be collected from my home tomorrow. Customer service was spot on with helping me out, so THANKYOU to the customer service

I want to return my package from yours, but when I go on return portal there is no trace of said package! I can’t even find my order! And as someone previously mentioned, on line chat is rubbish , and no one replies to e. Mail request! Awful customer after care.

Missing item in my package and they are telling me in not so many words that I’m a liar apparently they have pics of my parcel and the parcel that arrived the bag wasn’t big enough for two large items I’m disgusted they aren’t what they used to be

Missing item, no refund! Solved in 5min After spending £84 on 4 items from this company, I promptly received my delivery 2 days later. I was excited because I already have 2 items from Yours from different companies and I think they’re ok. Nothing extraordinary, but comfy if you are on the bigger size. One item was missing from my parcel, luckily just an oversized t-shirt for which I’ve paid £12. After contacting customer service, the advisor Sophie quickly reassured me she’s going to investigate this and get back to me. Let me tell you she hasn’t investigated nothing. She would’ve been more excited to put in some steps to make herself a coffee than have a look into this. 5 minutes after my call with her, I received her response that no refund or replacement will be done, because all the scans (courier and warehouse) were ticked on her “customer service” list, hence I’m lying and they’re truthful about dispatching all the items. I’m returning one of the 3 items I received so I’m holding my breath regarding the smooth process. Poor customer service and be aware if you’re missing items from the parcel. They won’t refund. First order, never again.

No live chat option (only AI, no humans) - it gives you an option to request an email back but it has been nearly a week and I still haven’t received anything. I called instead and the lady was quite rude/blunt. The tracking page isn’t working and I don’t have a courier tracking number & my package is late! (Need for funeral so quite urgent). Shocking

Goodness me, the quality of the clothing is dreadful, material cheap and not nice. The fit is shocking. I ordered 21 items. Only 1 item fit correctly, so i kept that 1 item. I've just seen the refund and it says it takes £1.99 return postage (which is fair enough).. PLUS £1.00 CHARGE FOR EVERY ITEM I'VE RETURNED. THATS £21.99. I shall NEVER EVER order from YOURS again. If I'd known that I wouldn't have placed an order in the first place. I have mobility problems so I have to buy my clothes online. NEVER AGAIN.
