The first one had the stitching missing from the inside pocket and I only noticed when I put a packet of tissues in the pocket and they landed at my feet! The 2nd dress arrived and was an inch shorter in the bodice on one side so I ordered a 3rd and paid express delivery for it.

I had no choice but to shop online because they no longer stock 30/32 in stores anymore so had to pay delivery and now the cheek to add on paying returns..... even for faultly items!!!
With so many other places to shop online now.. I will stick to free return company's. Yours have pushed customers away.. same with Evans all the same group now.

Rubbish!!! The person I spoke to had a passive aggressive and almost rude tone in their emails and basically ended the correspondence with, either I place a new order (with delivery cost refunded after purchase, which takes 3-5 days with most banks) or go away.

Charged nearly £30 in delivery and return charges, then they under paid me as well! Awful awful clothing, thin and poorly made, poor sizing, conning people making money on returns!!! It would have been cheaper to return the items myself.

The company uses Yodel to deliver the order (and I've not had a problem with them - they email, they give an estimated delivery time, you can track yr driver in real time on a map, they turn up.
