if i could do 0 stars i would. my order was placed for EXPRESS shipping which was super expensive. i was never alerted that my order would be canceled AFTER my card got charged. it took me forever to complete the design just for it to become canceled. i guess i could say this was a big scam and a huge waste of time. i wouldn't ever buy from this website again

I asked a question through the chat function, but received an answer days later from a designer who could not help me because he doesn't work for zazzle. He didn't know how I could contact the customer service and adviced to ask the question on their forum. I was shocked to see what was going on there! So many angry and upset designers at Zazzle, quite disturbing.

I ordered my custom christmas cards on December 4th. It is now December 19th and I still have not received my order. This is the second time I have used Zazzle and both times I have had issues with them delivering in a timely manner. Very disappointing.

After waiting 15 days, my snow globe arrived. Instead of replacas of a soccer ball and shoe, a picture of the two is mounted inside the globe. At $50.00, plus shipping and tax, this is a rip-off. A true disappointment, and too late to order another Christmas gift for my grandson.

First off, my business cards were purchased on Dec 6th and didn’t even show up until Dec 19th. My items were shipping from NC to NC, it never should have taken that long! Second off, the cards that I purchased were not the ones I received and I received someone else’s in my mail. So now here I am stuck with a Substitute Teachers business cards and I am a Cosmetologist. This is super bad for business because this is how I market myself and I am highly disappointed. Not to mention, if my cards were to look like these cards... the quality is absolutely terrible. It looks like they are on paper from the 1950’s. And the ink is so dull in color. I will absolutely never order from this company ever again and I hope everyone sees this review so they know what they are getting themselves into. Just stick to Vistaprint or Moo.com. Don’t try to switch it up like I did.

Item order is to small. Want to return item and exchange for a larger size. Tried calling many may times and sent email. DON'T ANSWER THE PHONES OR RETURN EMAILS!

Horrible quality. Puzzles ordered photos not centred- small thin puzzle pieces. Would not recommend.

I ordered 5 Xmas cards and paid $22+ for expedited shipping. Their website said the order was shipped but there was no record of it with the shipping company. The order was LOST!!! Don't use this company. Their reliability is AWFUL!!!

BEWARE! In Dec 2018, I ordered a few items which I was satisfied with. In Dec 2019, Zazzle charged my credit card $9.95 without consent. They did not send an email or any notice. After being on the phone for exactly 42 minutes they claimed I agreed to a automatic billing for a "Black Membership" at said annual rate. This had to be in very small print in my previous order. In my opinion, no company should be allowed to charged your account without immediate consent. This is textbook ecommerce THEFT! My credit card company understood and reversed the charges. Please be careful!

This website is awful, it let me place my order for a Christmas present , enter my card details and then cancelled my order with no explanation I’m not impressed and would not recommend wasting your time.

I’m so glad there’s still some people out there you can trust... I ordered my sons 18th birthday invites & someone has called me to say they’ve received my order and they are on the other side of the country!😡 (Lucky my phone number was on the invites!) I asked if they’d possibly express post it to me & they were more than happy to do that. I’m lucky there’s still people out there you can trust! So I guess it’s safe to say I won’t be using Zazzle anymore😡😡😡 You try finding a contact # for Zazzle Australia....... The only # I could find was in the US. When I finally worked out how to contact them (via email) all they said was they’d refund me what I paid. I’m yet to receive that refund so we’ll see.... So now I’ve lost money and time! I’m having to pay the person who received them money to express post to me and also a little extra for their time and effort. Zazzle - NEVER AGAIN!

I wish I could leave a picture of these garbage business cards. The paper looks chipped like there's pieces of paper on them that you can't even get off without taking some of the paper off with it and they were black so it was very noticeable. If that wasn't bad enough. Whoever they hired to cut the cards had to have been drunk. Everyone of the cards had an impression on them like they wanted to cut them in one spot and decided to go with the actual size of a business card.

I ordered a Christmas stocking for my dog. When it arrived, it has WHITE stitching over top of his name which is in BLACK on a GREEN background. It is unacceptable and we cannot display it. I have tried to reach them by both email and phone and never receive the courtesy of an answer. I'm going to file a claim with my credit card company. I will never order with the again

Zazzle sell the worst quality products, the items I purchased arrived very scratched and looked used. The quality of their images look like they are a low quality photo copy of a print that has been blown up 400% of the actual image size. One of the items was a magnet of a map, every single word turned out blurry.

Terrible quality!!! Ordered 2 fleece blankets that were personalized for my kids for Christmas. They came and were awful! The material is so thin you can see through it if you hold it up to the light. Very disappointed!! Will never order from them again and will tell everyone I know how bad this company is.

you can buy a 24.00 item and if its wrong, has a defect , they tell you to send it back it might cost you 17.00 to send it back thats on you even though their policy says well pay postage back if its defective i am writing the attorney generals office about this and have mailed all my receipts to them

terrible company, cancelled my order without explanation or an email, when i called some guy in cusomer service said it was cancelled because of fraud although they already too my money, NEVER buy from this company. Try to support the artist direct because this scam operation sucks. I don't think I'll get my money back without a fight.
