I ordered signs 8 weeks ago. They misspelled the words and told me they would over night the order to me. I should of received it on June 5. They can't find my order now.

They deserve a 0 rating. They've been making a t-shirt for me for 3 weeks. That's riduculous. Are they making it from scratch? Never again. Stay away from this company.

I ordered t -shirts 2 months ago. No delivery. Customer service was totally unavailable. Finally cancelled my order. They said they would refund my money and have not. Thief’s.

If I could give 0 stars, I would! After contacting them multiple times about my order that is now more than 2 weeks late, I received my order and one of my items were missing. I contacted them again, and they had the nerve to tell me to go check again and THEN they will look into it. I have never dealt with such terrible customer service! I will never order from Zazzle again and I would not recommend anyone to either! Shutterfly or Esty is the best!

Only gave them 1 star because this site wouldn't let me give them 0 stars. Ordered masks May 1st, now June 26th. Have contacted company, they said they would expedite but absolutely nothing changed. Have now told them to cancel my order and refund. If not, I'll go through my credit card company. DON'T do business with Zazzle... everything points to them being a scam company!

I was supposed to get my masks 5/22-5/28. Here it is a month later and no masks. I could not wait any longer so bought them elsewhere.

DO NOT ORDER FROM ZAZZLE, IT IS A FRAUD COMPANY. ORDER FROM ESTY. THEY DECEIVE PEOPLE EVERYDAY, TAKE YOUR MONEY, NO DELIVERY.

Rubbish product. Really, you ought to be ashamed!!! Quality is non-existent. A tray - acrylic - which I knew it was, adorned with a piece of paper that would have been trashed with the first wash... Avoid, avoid, avoid, is my advice!!!

The masks took 52 days to arrive, were made of polyester unlike cdc’s recommendation for cotton, the elastic ear bands were too small and therefore too tight, and the quality of sewing was substandard on every one (9) of them. And they are not returnable. Communication with company has been unsatisfactory and unproductive. A major mistake to have bought them.

Ordered face masks on May 8th. It is now June 24th and still no delivery ? And no information on when and if it will be delivered !

One star is too generous but there was nothing else to choose from. I placed an order for masks on 4/17/2020. It is now 6/24/2020 and I still don't have my order. I have contacted them several times but still don't have my order. I do not believe they will ever ship my order. I would not recommend zazzle to anyone.

Ordered my 3 face masks on April 23rd, they charged my card then put it in the “making” stage. They’ve been making these 3 masks for exactly 2 months now. I’ve sent emails to the customer service who sent me an email telling me to be patient, that was on 06/04. I emailed them twice to cancel since it’s clear I may never get them. I will be disputing this charge with my credit card company since I have still not received a response to my 2 cancellation requests. Do NOT order from zazzle!!!!

Horrible customer service, never answer phone or emails. Sent me wrong items. Ordered baby shower invites got graduation invites.... now will be too late to send them. Never deal with this company

Great selection. I'm sure it is a good product. I will never know I ordered April 23 still haven't received them. I have cancelled my order.

Sister and I both ordered masks on 4/18. She ordered 3; I ordered 10. She finally received her email that the items were shipped last week (June 12th) and they arrived within 5 days later. I have not recieved a "shipped" email nor has my status changed since they went into production in late April.
