“I purchased 100 business cards in order to recieve a hallographic type of look on them. Instead I got regular business cards. For the price I paid for these I could have just gotten them from vistaprint with at lease a shimmer for half the price. Not impressed.”

“I ordered a customized beer glass for my boyfriend. The pictures were not glued on straight, the colour was very dull and the cutting job was terrible. A kindergartener probably could have done a nicer job. Paid $40 for this so was expecting higher quality. Way over priced for what I recieved. Last time ordering from Zazzle.”

“Over the last 3 weeks, I have ordered two things from Zazzle and was not satisfied with either product. One was a customized Christmas ornament and the other was a wrapped canvas. In both cases, the images were blurred and not centered in the way I had edited them to be while I placed the order. I am returning the canvas for a full refund. I do not recommend buying from this website.”

“I ordered 6 personalised plates for Christmas, ordered in good time and they came in good time, they look how I imagined and I am very pleased with them... if a bit expensive, but as the famous saying goes “What the heck....it’s Christmas”🎄For this I would have given 5 stars. However today I noticed another £12 going out of my account from Zazzle... I emailed and apparently I was a black member which would cost me £12 a year, news to me....for this no stars. But the person replying to my email answered straight away and cancelled this membership 😏 and I have been given a credit... three stars. Mind you I’m too scared to use it in case I accidentally become a black member again😳 Hence two stars”
