1st time I ordered 2 cards, great loved, next time a NIGHTMARE they charged my ACCNT took out of my bank over 500$ worth of stuff cards I NEVER EVER ORDERED..EMAIL WOULD NOT HELP SAID IT WOULD BE 2 DAYS OR SO, AND THERE IS NO WAY TO TALK IN PERSON TO ANYONE! I SAID NO SEND PKG, THEY DID ANYWAY..MAILED BACK, STILL NO $ RETURNED FOR A MONTJ OR SO, TERRIBLE SERVICE, CALLED BANK, THEY GOT MY 500$ + BACK FOR ME, STILL HAVE NOT SENT THE THREE CARDS I DID ORDER MANY MANY MONTHS AGO!! STRESSED MR OUT SO VERY BAD, THIS WAS MY PROPERTY TAX $ THEY WOULD NOT RETURN! NEVER AGAIN SAVE YOURSELF ALOT OF GRIEF, NO ORDER 0 NOTHING!!

I order a memorial book and the front and back were beautiful. But the index part was horrible you would think if it looked offline they would if centered it better.

I ordered 140 customized round stickers for my daughter’s wedding. The stickers look good enough but they are not pre cut, so just be aware that all the sticker shapes they offer you are going to have to cut yourself by hand. They advertised as 1 1/2 round stickers but I just got a 8x11 printed sheet. Also I’m trying to get a refund so I can order from another site and so far they have just offer a store credit refund. Still working on that.

SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!!!!! The products they feature are NOT what you will receive. Twice I ordered business cards. The first time they were TRASH. The colors were off. The white was brownish yellow like aged paper. It was straight shot. Looked like a elementary class project. The glitter effect was NOT accurate. Trust me, don't use this company. The second time I ordered cards was worse than the first time. The cards were late, they were little squares instead of rectangular business cards meaning they won't fit in anyone wallet. The writing was microscopic and the photo was small, blurry and very dark. The QR code on the back was so tiny. Trust me don't do it. Anyone who wants pics of both trash cards that I received simply let me know and I will send you pics.

I had ordered prayer cards for my brothers funeral and had paid extra money to have them express shipped. The cards got here a day after the funeral.

After we found our items to purchase, which looked awesome on the web sight, we received them on time, however they only looked like the posted ones. we wanted to be able to read the printing one the buttons and charm.. It is so tiny that even with a magnifying glass it cant be read. so basically we have three items that show the color and the button itself is shiny, but the purpose for the order ended up useless. false advertising we feel. For the price paid they are awful items. I would not recommend. The other complaint is that they will not let you complete your order unless you allow them to keep on their file, your credit card number and the bank has it listed now as a reoccurring charge. Which we quickly fixed. I would not order from this company again, unless they read this and correct the issue.

I ordered my dog tag on January 23rd and they sent it to me on February 25th. This is so ridiculous. A month later and like two days I got my item. I will never order from here again. And now I keep getting emails saying they are going to send it to me again after I I already received my item a month late. I am so mad and annoyed this company and there poor customer service. I will never buy another item from this company ever again! I'm very mad! Terrible service from this company.

I ordered for the first time from Zazzle the Cool Vintage Football Pillow. From the picture it appears to be a faux leather look with stitching. OMG, I got this reddish, orange cheap stamped on material pillow. Honestly, this was the worst thing I've ever seen. Zazzle said they would refund my money to my Paypal however, I doubt they will refund the $14.95 shipping charge. They told me to just keep the pillow. I would too! It's not worth $2.00 and I was charged $28.95 plus $14.95 for shipping. Never again!

First and last time. Ordered two Grandma Army T-shirts XL.... The labels indicated XL. The one t-shirt looked and fit like a medium.... the other one looked and fit like an XXXL....DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMENDED...... However, they did credit my account....and I was not required to return the items... I will donate or give them to someone who can use them...

Complete ripoff. Ordered tools online, instead received a pair of sunglasses. I will never do business with them again. As for my money, I guess I have learned my lesson with Chinese business in China !

I like Zazzle, but frustrated they don't offer 6x11 postcards. Customer service Mateusz bluntly said they don't offer, and wouldn't convey request. Many other printing companies can print this size, but Zazzle with their "custom" options can't??? I'll just place my orders through another printer, and cancel my Black status. I think Mateusz was just too lazy to request- had a bad attitude. Dude, you need an adjustment!

This was my first and definitely last time dealing with zazzle. I ordered a memorial gift. Everything went through and said it was processed. My credit card was charged only to find out days later that it would not be made. I called customer service only to be told they could not help me but someone would email me at a later time. This has been a horrible experience. DO NOT USE ZAZZLE FOR ANYTHING!

They don't even deserve 1 star. I ordered a seating chart poster for my wedding and even paid extra to ensure it would arrive on time. It shipped within a reasonable amount of time then NEVER MOVED from some town in NY. I emailed customer support and they avoided my concerns simply saying my order shipped and should be to me by the next day. Well it never came. I called customer support with the same issue and he said he would put it as a code red and get it shipped to me. Well it still never came. I ended up having to scramble to come up with a plan B 2 days before my wedding!!! Never order from this company, they are horrible. I will be bothering them to get my money back until they refund me.

Avoid this company. Their delivery claims are false. There is no customer service and the product is disappointing. Particularly irksome is we thought we were dealing with a Canadian company , thus less shipping hassles, but we obviously are not. If I could give negative star ratings I would.

Terrible, terrible company. I ordered a lapel pin that resembled my book that I wanted for a book signing and the canceled the order. Didn’t let me know, didn’t give me a reason. Please avoid the fly by night company.

I sent an order, excited as hell to get something for my husband. It cost about 21 dollars not including shipping. I never received it, and it was taking a hell of a long time to get through the mail so I shot support a question or two and they confirmed that yes, it was indeed on its way. That was two years ago. It never came. I went and talked to support again and they fed me some spiel about how because I ordered through the "American" site as a "canadian" I was not eligible for the mail? That they sent? To my address through USPS? I paid for this and for shipping, so that doesnt make sense bc no other company is like that. They promised me that I would get the shipping cost back and a special discount code to re-order it on the canadian site. I never got EITHER of those things, in fact they havent sent me a single thing. I never got refunded for the original product, I never got refunded for the cost of shipping, I never even got to see the product I ordered and I am absolutely livid. I dont think I can within good conscience ever recommend them.

They cancelled my order just before Christmas and never notified me. Before you order from this company check their Better Business Bureau, BBB, profile. Over 150 complaints from customers of Zazzle. Place your orders elsewhere or be screwed!!

I ordered three personalized ornaments for Christmas. Christmas has now past and I'm still waiting for my order. I contact Zazzle and am told that two of my three orders were cancelled and the other order is on hold. Why wasn't I informed of this sooner? Horrible customer service. Place your orders elsewhere, definitely not with them!
