Rubbish I will never order from Zazzle again I ordered a card and paid £10 for 2-4 days delivery 6 days later still not received. I complained surprise surprise no answer or acknowledgement. I will stick to moon pig a least they are quick and efficient

I would never order there again. The product I received was TERRIBLE quality. And I can’t get response to send it back. Beware don’t order from them

I have been calling since last week and I've sent an email we received our flag and only got the middle portion of a 12-ft flag with half the words written on it I have not received so much as an email yet. 😡😠

Ordered floor mats. Order was canceled, unbenonced to me. Tried to contact several times no response back. TERRIBLE customer service.

If you want anything in a hurry do not use these guys, ordered a mask on the 12th august and it is still in "Making" status 17 days later then it's still another 7-11 days for delivery, won't need the item by the time it gets here and can't cancel. Customer support very efficient and friendly but totally unable to help

First and foremost Customer Service very rude. Item rec'd was not even close to what I saw online. I decided not to return because when I bought it. I read that it would help the artist. However I should have read the reviews first. Also paid extra shipping, according to what I read 2 days for delivery. Once I spoke to the rude Customer Service he explained in a total different way. In any event I suggest you don't pay for additional shipping waste my money. Would not recommend buying from this company. My only regret is that if this is to help artist they are not going to make any monies. SORRY!!

thank you for the reviews I going to order a big quantity of items. With all the bad reviews I do NOT want to try buisness with this company. I guess I will have to keep searching for a company.

I have a 1 because I was unable to give a ZERO! I ordered 4 custom fabrics on July 3 2020. I received my order on July 22 but one of my fabrics was missing and in its place “Trump 2020”! I went online to customer service, filed a report and sent a picture. I have never been contacted. While I was talking to a designer regarding another order, he offered to take care of my fabric problem. He said it would be expedited and sent express. On August 11th I still had not received my fabric. I called customer service and spoke to Ryan, who looked up my history and said my correction order had never been put thru by customer service (though he could see a record of my request)! Ryan promised to expedite my order and ship express. On Aug. 20 I have still not received my order and have waited for over an hour on hold for customer service to no avail. I have logged another complaint online with customer service and 24 hours later have not been contacted. I will now contact CapitalOne to get my money back. I shop online all of the time. DO NOT USE ZAZZLE! Their customer service is appalling and you CANNOT get in touch with a human being!

I received my 2 orders today. Inside boxes were a wedding invitation for a couple in California and in the second box was a change of address card fir a couple in a Texas. I reached out to the California couple and they had received an order for somebody in Singapore. Zazzle is in deep trouble! And their customer service is horrible.

Worse experience ever. I ordered a custom backdrop for my nieces Sweet Sixteen & I was led to believe this item would be shipped in time for the party. I also paid for expedited shipping just to be certain. I was told the order would be shipped & delivered 24 hours later. The shipping was on time however the item was shipped late so i never received the item in time. They had a false shipping date when i checked the website. Meanwhile the item was still sitting in the same spot. A complete waste of money. I reached out & the company returned my shipping fees as if the post office was the issue & not them! Smh Horrible! Then they sent me a discount code like i will ever order from them again! Do not support this business!

Without a doubt the worst service I’ve ever received ...after saying twice it was sent and delivered I realized they scammed me as well as thousands of others ....lived here 37 years in the same house NEVER ever missed a package bottom line is they are LIARS took the money and ran!!! Will post on Facebook to NEVER ORDER FROM THEM ... thank Hod I didn’t spend more !!! Go elsewhere for your business cards and PLEASE READ THE REVIEWS FIRST!!!

I ordered one mask in May and it is now August and still haven't received it.The status is they are still working on it.How long does it take to send one mask. Horrible service. Will never order from there again!!

I will NEVER order from zazzle. I received someone else’s order then had to sit for a hour on hold waiting for customer service to answer the phone!

Horrible quality, worse customer service. Ripped me off by charging me 9.99 for some program I had no idea I had to opt out of when I was just ordering masks. Which, to add insult to thievery, were of awful quality and child-sized. $120 down the drain as they were customized with family member pictures. Their response as to the frequent buyer program charge was to offer me a credit. Wouldn't use this site if paid me. COMPLETELY UNSCRUPULOUS!

On July 7 2020 I ordered 1 mask from Zazzle. Thinking that if I have to wear a mask I would spend the money and get a cute one. The mask is made of HEAVY DUTY POLYESTHER. As if this wasn’t bad enough, also lined with the same weight fabric. This would be worn in 100 + weather. No fear of this product wearing out! Something to pass on to future generations. I received this order on Aug 10 2020. I will never use Zazzle again!

This is the second time I have written this review. The first time it did not post. I ordered masks on May 21 to be expect by Mid June. It is now mid August and the masks are still being made after a month in production. My inquiries have been met with form letters. I have tried to vvancel, and maybe the order will be. I have been robbed.

I ordered masks on May 21. The projected date to receive them was June. It is now August and the masks are still in production since early July. I have contacted them twice and get a form letter in reply. I have canceled, but it probably won’t happen. They are are inefficient or thieves.

They want me to spend three days taking pics of their crappy packaging. The first two sets weren’t good enough!!!!Product was sent terribly packaged to a state that has had rain every single day!!!!! Not even worth my time. Won’t be sending these flimsy, damp, and bent invitations to anyone!!!!!!! Never will do business again.
