“Excellent service,good follow up,told me that their inks were compatable with all printer types,in my case canon,didn’t now that,told me that they use the same chips,could not get a particular canon ink CLI-581PB in any of the major shops,got it from yourselves will deal with you in future.”

“Dear Sirs, You very kindly telephoned to advise that I could save 90.00 on my purchase, I was a little bit short with your representative because I had pain from gallstones, which were removed in emergency surgery two days later. I apologise for abruptly indicating to your representative that I required original inks, which I duly received and the next day. So I am very satisfied and will purchase from 123 inks again.”
