“From my own personal experience Drone-Clone Xperts' "Limitless 5" drone is absolutely the best drone on the market priced under $1,000. or even under $1,500., and their technical support service is second to none!!!
Since purchasing my Limitless 5 drone earlier this year with all of the e-mails that sent (& also always quickly received a reply back) I received nothing but excellent support service from Drone-Clone Xperts technician "Matthew"!
Also as seen here, my Limitless 5 drone takes extremely sharp & clear aerial photographs, & very good video can also by captured from it.”
“Ordered the Black Falcon Extreme Upgrade and after removing it from the box, discovered it was almost identical to a Black Falcon drone also distributed out of NJ. We took meausrements o0f both drones and with the excpetion of the battery and markings, both drones were identical. I contacted Matthew at dronew Clone expert administration and asked for a reasonable explanation as well as asking if the Drone Clone drone could be repaired related to motors or wiring. It has been several days and have had zero responses from Matthew or administration. The Black Falcon 4k drone out of Elizabeth, NJ. is a total scam and fraud and advertisements online or either misleading or outright product lies. We contacted Drone Clone Experts on 03/14 requesting instructions to return their drone and receive a full refund, again; no response from this department. Matthew told us that Drone Clone Experts is an American based company producing their drones in the USA and that statement goes contrary to many reviews from drone experts in the field....”
“I can't say enough about the customer service at Drone clone xperts. Initially it did take customer support a few days to respond to my email, however once they did get back to me they were very eager to help.
I have a limitless 4S I was given for Christmas. Unfortunatly it was blown into a tree and sustained significant damage. I contacted Drone clone about replacement parts and instead of quoting me the cost of the parts I needed ( which would have come close to the cost of a new drone) they proposed selling me a drone that needed repair to use for parts for a very reasonable price. The parts drone was in such good shape I was able to repair it using parts from my crashed drone instead of just using it for parts. They even sent me a video showing it's condition before sending it so I knew exactly what I was getting. Thanks Drone Clone for getting me back in the air on a budget!”
