We understand the importance of receiving your goods on time, especially for events or races. However, once the parcel has left our warehouse, we unfortunately cannot control AusPost.
I have checked your order, which was placed on a Monday (after our daily cut-off time for same-day dispatch, which is at 1pm Melbourne time). Your parcel left our warehouse on time the next morning (Tue). Unfortunately, that week, Friday was a public holiday, which may have delayed your parcel's delivery to Monday morning. The AusPost Parcel Post option for interstate delivery can take anywhere between 3-7 business days. We highly recommend that our customers choose the Express Delivery option if the parcel is needed in time for a special event or race. While we do our best to handle our part correctly and on time, we cannot speak on behalf of AusPost.

“I now use Aid Station for supply of energy gels that I use during my medium-long runs. They retail a great range at market price and the personal messages included in every order (so far) are encouraging.
A small pebble in my shoe though, the Aid Statioin order process didn't include an option to "leave at the front door if house is unattended". This is my default for all mail orders and without this option I have to trek to the nearest post office a few days after Australia Post has "attempted delivery".
Or maybe I just missed it?”
