“I recently participated in the Organization Development and HR Management training and certification program offered by the Academy to Innovate HR. The trainers were exceptionally knowledgeable and engaging. Valuable insights deepened my understanding of organizational dynamics even more to an extent, which I plan to utilise in my new Assignments. The structure of the program was well-organized, blending long hours of theoretical concepts with practical applications. I particularly appreciate the sharing of ideas, self reflections among participants. I closed the programs always feeling inspired and better prepared to drive positive change. “Overall the experience with the course was good. I found the information interesting. Unfortunately due to the nature of our organisation we would not be able to implement most of the recruiting practices. The exam was challening. The questions were fine it was the answers that did not correlate with the information presented (as well as the handouts and personal notes) that made it confusing.”
