“Although I had a few communication problems with Alpha Book Writers, they performed an excellent job with the publication process. They occasionally didn't immediately reply to my emails, so I had to follow up with them multiple times to get updates on the progress of my book. But whenever I got in touch with them, they were always kind and accommodating, and they took care of all my issues.”

“DON'T USE THIS COMPANY. I gave Alpha Book Writers hundreds of dollars for a Social Media package over a year ago. I was assigned three different project managers, all of whom disappeared. I have been asking for a refund for months and always get a run-around. No refund! I will report them to the BBB. Date of experience: August 02, 2024”

“From the beginning, there were communication disconnects. I often had to explain multiple times why certain changes were not made. It seemed like they didn't care enough to review their work after making other adjustments, which left me frequently frustrated. Additionally, the person Alpha assigned to me was always trying to sell me their products when I just wanted them to focus on finishing my story. Although the communication improved somewhat towards the end, it still needed significant work. Overall, it was quite a trial.”
