“Button machine works great, but there’s like a small bend in the part that clamps the Mylar over the graphic and it leaves a small tear in every button. It looks like a mistake from when the part was machined”

“This 2-1/4" American Button Machine is my second machine from American Button Machines. Just like the larger and first machine, this one is easy to use, seems to make a perfect button each time and the mechanical parts operate smoothly. I can make buttons very efficiently and very reliably with this machine. I am very pleased with my purchase and recommend it to each person wishing to make quality buttons.”

“I love the heavy-duty construction and ease of use every time I use my American Button Machine. The supplies are sturdy and there are a variety of products I can make with them. I do not use the software because it is a bit expensive for me because I do not make buttons and other items on a regular basis.”

“Great customer service, good products and prices EXCEPT the shipping. I live local and can come and pick up the product yet still get charged for shipping. You are being very deceptive on the pricing, rather than having the price a bit higher you charge for shipping regardless which adds to the initial price.”

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. As we are not a storefront but rather a shipping warehouse, we have made the decision to not allow local pickups at this time out of respect for our employees and their health. We value our team and both their physical and emotional well being and strive to provide an environment where they feel safe every day. We apologize for any inconvenience that may cause. As far as the cost, our system is directly linked to UPS to calculate the cost based on box size, weight and destination address. UPS does charge a surcharge for delivering to a residential address so shipping to a commercial address, if available, will save you on the cost. We made the decision to be transparent with our pricing and show the cost of the product and the shipping rather than inflate the cost of our products and advertise shipping as "free" on everything. Shipping cost varies according to the factors above and not everyone should pay the same price for it by having included in the product cost.

“Just purchased my 6th machine and I am in love with it. I finally bought the Big Guy, the 6". It is AMAZING.......... My boys wanted a huge button from Sponge Bob. So this was our first button. They loved it. The packing was unbelievable. They had it screwed down to a large plywood crate. And it was inside of a heavy cardboard box. Thank you ABM”

“When I called the staff was most helpful. My order arrived on time and was just what I needed. I was able to make personalized buttons for every child in summer school, in a couple hours, by myself. I appreciate the fact that your button maker is easy to use and requires little force to make it work. Thank you!”
