“Outstanding prices...delivery times and wonderful button supplies with no mistakes... I have been making buttons for several years an I was a devoted dr dons customer...when they canceled their button making software I was forced to shop around. I discovered the button software that ABM was offering and I was blown away by this software..this is the best button making software there is!!!”

“Our button maker works very well. It's heavy duty and easy to use. We had it out at a program recently, and some parents asked where we got it, cost, etc. Our only issue is sometimes the buttons fall apart easily. The front and back will separate and sometimes we can push them back together but sometimes we can't. I'm not sure what the issue is with that but we love it otherwise.”

Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback, Andy. We are very sorry that you are disappointed with the shipping delays. As are most all industries across the country, we have been affected by supply chain issues that have impacted our lead times unlike anything we have experienced in our entire 18 years of business. We are working hard to do our very best to combat steel shortages, staffing shortages and transportation challenges. We want nothing more than to be able to continue shipping orders within 1-3 days as we have always taken great pride in being able to accomplish but there are far too many variables at this time that we quite simply can not control and they have resulted in unavoidable delays. We do have a published notice on all pinback orders of 1,000 pcs or more so that you can plan accordingly for the delayed lead time, which fluctuates depending on demand. Orders are being shipped in the order they are received. We are doing everything possible to ship orders as fast as we can and are truly sorry we have not met your expectations. We are also now offering unpinned button sets that have a much shorter lead time. You still receive all of the same high-quality components, you will just need to insert the pin into the back once you receive them. “I usually have good luck with my ordering button parts from ABM, but this past order, a ton of the parts were bent out of shape so much that they were unusable and kept getting stuck in the machine itself.”

Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. This is never good to hear and we are very sorry some of your pieces were damaged during transit. Please note: No parts ever leave our warehouse that are bent or damaged. Any damage to the button parts are usually caused during shipping after they leave our warehouse. We can issue a refund for the damaged parts or file a UPS claim to replace any damaged parts. Please contact our Customer Solutions department, are always happy to help!
