“Delivery time was unacceptable. I placed the order on 16/05/2025 and did not recieve the item until 21/05/2025. 5 Days! With most suppliers that I order from in NZ I recieve the goods within 1 or 2 days.
It took you 2 days just to processit and then send me an email telling me that it would be on the courier soon. You really need to up your game and get the orders out sooner if you want your online sales increase.”
Thanks very much for placing a review with us today. I do see that your order was placed on Friday night and we are closed over the weekend. Your order was dispatched on the Monday once we were back at work. Your order should have arrived overnight on the Tuesday but was delayed on the courier and delivered on the Wednesday. We will follow this up with them and thanks so much for alerting us to this issue.
