“The range is good, but the website was not easy to use. The images were not especially clear. Because of that I bought the wrong product shich is not of use. A tracking link was not provided with the order confirmation or ship notice and the pacdage arrived dented. The cardboard box was collasped on one side, the pads were not harmed. I was suprised when I checked out to see a list of fees along with the price and shipping, Also the drop down address program is outdated.”

“Great product but the packaging was ginormous -for 4 small flat sealed envelopes . They were packaged in a decent sized cardboard box . I would have expected them to be listed in a flat envelope with reduced postage costs . However I very much appreciate the product.”

The order arrived three days later than agreed by phone and your online chat service - and needed. I had to travel a long distance for my dying Mother to get the oral swabs on time. My Mother passed yesterday . I want my money back and will send back the order at your expense .
If you are a company who cares about quality care. Please sort this out and return my money. I haven’t opened your package as was to late to be needed at all.”
