“I have a TENZ machine and just wanted 4 new 'sticky' pads. These only cost $7.99 yet the bill was $23.25, the balance $15.26 being post and packing which seems a bit out of balance. After I complained about this I recieved a phone call from the Manager who explained that the charges were outside the company's control since they were those charged by outside agencies and offering to refund them on this occasion. I was very impressed at his response to my complaint.”
