“I have a TENZ machine and just wanted 4 new 'sticky' pads. These only cost $7.99 yet the bill was $23.25, the balance $15.26 being post and packing which seems a bit out of balance. After I complained about this I recieved a phone call from the Manager who explained that the charges were outside the company's control since they were those charged by outside agencies and offering to refund them on this occasion. I was very impressed at his response to my complaint.”

Shipping charges are based on courier pricing and parcel size rather than the item value. “The range is good, but the website was not easy to use. The images were not especially clear. Because of that I bought the wrong product shich is not of use. A tracking link was not provided with the order confirmation or ship notice and the pacdage arrived dented. The cardboard box was collasped on one side, the pads were not harmed. I was suprised when I checked out to see a list of fees along with the price and shipping, Also the drop down address program is outdated.”
