“I have a suggestion to make. Once we have proceeded to checkout and confirmed the order, there is a button that we need to push to continue the order process which will return us to our BupaShop platform. I think it is currently label "return cart" or some such. Perhaps this can label can be changed to something like "Confirm order" as I didnt realise that I had to push that button to complete my order”

“So like most Kiwi businesses they lied about the real delivery date. They sent the parcel Post haste, who routinely lie, by saying your parcel has been delivered when in reallity they mean has been handed off to the NZ post who may deliver in two more days. Why not just tell the truth?”
