“Dissapointed. Boat went unserviceable (totally understandable) so trip cancelled. Given I booked a hotel that was non-refundable within 24 hours it would have been nice to have been offered a token voucher or something off next trip/shop. Even if it was only for £5 it would have left a better taste in my mouth.”
“I was given the wrong size mask twice (not the size I’d selected). One of your staff told me on the phone it wouldn’t make much difference. But it makes all the difference. All sorted now though - since exchanged for the right size.”
