“Dissapointed. Boat went unserviceable (totally understandable) so trip cancelled. Given I booked a hotel that was non-refundable within 24 hours it would have been nice to have been offered a token voucher or something off next trip/shop. Even if it was only for £5 it would have left a better taste in my mouth.”
