“Great equipment and in store service with Patrick. However the colour mask was out of stock, but no one contacted us to let us know. It wasn’t until we chased it up we were informed we had been left off their list to update us! We ordered a new colour mask and prescription lenses, but was given incorrect information regarding the lenses, so we were not confident the on line manager understood what we were wanting, so we bought the mask and went elsewhere for the prescription lenses. This put pressure on us knowing if they’d be ready for our holiday. Great store, stock and service usually, but this time we felt let down.”
“Responsive, and easy returns process, but I did have to pay an extra £11 on delivery for an exchange even though I advised that my initial order (done that day) was likely the wrong size according to the manufacturers guidelines.”
