“My experience was good the item I ordered was out of stock so they rang me to let me know, giving me the choice to cancel or receive a refund . I chose to hang on for a few weeks probably because of that phone call .

“Great people who do their very best to assist. Shame the staff aren't treated better by the management in relation to pay and overtime payments. Great that as a member I can get free equipment (although I have my own but free cylinders). I can't give them 5 stars as I have a had problems with my points which weren't transferred to the new system and then when I went to make a purchase the app stated I didn't have enough which was wrong. Still not resolved despite chasing it.”
