Dear Mr Moulson, Thank you for your review and for bringing this matter to our attention. As we discussed in our call this afternoon, the order you placed on 2nd December was dispatched on 6th December but has been held up with Royal Mail as the first line of your address was missing when we received your order. We have now requested the return of this order by Royal Mail and have set up a replacement order to be dispatched ASAP. I will monitor this for you to ensure it reaches you in time for Christmas. “Brilliant after care service ,my coat was the wrong size ,this company left a phone number to call and ask I'd rather talk then type I called to see if I could swap it for a smaller size (yeah I know smaller size happy days ) checked first to see if they had my size in stock ,Kathryn was superb and talking me through the returns procedure,just waiting for my swap ,the company has kept me in the loop with all the delivery expectations plus it was free returns Happy days”
