“Quality of goods ordered is its usual good, however one item ordered was not available but on website, was not informed of package dispatch so it arrived when I was out. I made a mistake in my order and had to return one item for replacement, this went very rapidly and I received the replacement at the time I was told it would arrive”

Hi Mr Coff Many thanks for taking the time to leave us some feedback regarding your recent order and apoloigies to hear that you had a slight delay with your order Each of the products has a time line describing the amount of time it will take for the order to process in the warehouse. In the instance of your order, the item was due to take 2-5 working days to allow the replenishment stock to arrive in our warehouse and then be processed by the warehouse team. As stated on our website, once we have processed the items in the warehouse, the order will be dispatched with the Royal Mail 24 hour delivery service. Unfortauntely, we did have a slight delay on your order as the replanishment stock had been held up at customs and therefore the order was dispatched one day after our predicted timeline. Within that time, we contacted you via email and phone to update you on the progress of the order. Please accept our apologies for any delay in your order, we aim to provide an efficient service and to communicate any disruption or delays if they are to crop up. “My first dealing with Ardmoor, placed an order which was delivered promptly, minor issue with sleeve lenght of the jacket ehich weas excessive and meant returniong the item, agsain a quick and easy experience.
