“The Dubarry jacket I ordered was a great price, however I lived in Dorset and was unable to go to the shop to try for size. After speaking to Georgina at Ardmore she went the “extra mile” and I placed my order. I was delighted with the jacket and would recommend Ardmore and their staff and their attention to detail.”

“Delivered on time. These boots were chosen to handle harsh duty with high risk of perforation from hawthorn/blackthorn hedge cuttings when crushed underfoot that would write off most boots three times the price. A work boot rather than for long distance walking and it met the work place challenge with consumate ease. Excellent value for money.”

“I have already emailed in to say how disappointed I was by the condition of a tweed jacket I purchased for my husband. It looked like it had been stored on the floor all scrunched up. Hence it arrived very creased. I will have to steam it to get it into a reasonable condition to be given as a Christmas present.”

This is an unusual situation as our warehouse is kept in a very pristine and organised manner and items are not stored on the floor. Unfortunately, it sounds as if the jacket has been poorly handled in transit. Our Customer Service Team has been in contact with you to offer a replacement jacket if the creases do not come out after the garment has been steamed.
