“Took over a week to be delivered and when it did it was wrong coat”

“There was a severe lack of information once my item was ordered, this lead me to calliang to check if the item i ordered would be available to be delivered on time and at that point i was promised it would be with me on Friday at the latest (04/10/2024) ansd instead the delivery was made today after i had trawkkws/.”

Hi Mr Campbell Many thanks for the information regarding your order and apologies if you had an experinece that was not satisfactory. I have had a look over your order and can see that we did ship your order within the stated timeframe, which in this instance was 4-7 working day. If you order was to be delayed in any way we would communicate via email, however for your order we shipped after 4 working days. We use Royal Mail and a tracked service which allows you to view the status of your order, unfortuantely, we do not have any control over the timeframe once the item has left our warehouse, other than the chosen service of Tracked 24. “Recently purchased a pair of Hoggs of Fife Field Sport 365 Wellington Boots! They are a great wellington boot, though the fit around the calf is snug. The split down the side could be longer to help the wider calf. Otherwise I am very pleased with the quality of the boot. Website was easy and informative and delivery was very quick and efficient. Highly recommend”

“This jacket was recommended to me by my friend Iam normally a large which is what I ordered but I could only get it on with a tee shirt so could’ve done with an XL BUT luckily my friend had ordered an XL and it turned out to be to big so we just swapped So just to say if you want to wear a sweat top underneath go a size up but on the whole a great jacket”
