“Amazing service as usual, prompt delivery, I had a question about the trousers I received so rang the customer services number and actually got to spoke to a real live person that I could understand what they were saying and they could understand me which you don’t get with other companies, the lady I spoke to even ran downstairs to the warehouse to check another product against mine that what I had received was correct, So thank you so much again for you amazing service Pete”

“Over the years Ardmoor has become my first 'port of call' when looking for outdoor country clothing and footwear. The company stocks a wide range of competitively priced, quality products made all the more attractive by occasional 'loyalty' discounts. I've been obliged to contact Customer Services on a couple of occasions and have always found the staff friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I'll continue to be a repeat customer, thanks!”

“Great products and very helpful customer services, only too happy to help, would recommend this company, jacket arrived as promised and protected well, very pleased. I phoned Ardmoor for size advice, received info in an e-mail then ordered a jacket my ridgeline jacket is excellent, has been used in three torrential rainstorms while walking my dogs, kept me dry, and it's a very useful jacket.”

“Hi guys Great product but you have inundated me with emails over Christmas. Bear in mind that a client cannot give you a review before the gift is given as it is not even opened! Also bear in mind getting emails immediately after Christmas showing how your products are in the sale is not always the most effective marketing strategy! If someone has paid full price for something its not good to have it pointed out that if they had waited they could have got it much cheaper!”

“I have nothing but positive reviews of ArdMoor Ltd. My order was mixed up by DHL upon arrival in the States. Thanks to the help of K.B. a new order was sent out in good time. “I bought two items at Ardmoor, a pair of gloves for my daughter and a fleece for myself. The fleece sleeves were too narrow so I returned it and was sent a slightly larger one. All very efficiently carried out.”
