“Great customer service as fully updated at every stage of delivery schedule. Boots are good but are a small fit so I would recommend going at least a half to a full size bigger. Hope to do business with you again soon David”

“Customer service is first class and I can not ask for any better. Had problem with order be out of stock so got another. That turn out to be out of stock to. So then there was the thurd one and it was in and they send it the same day whith express :)”

“I have been a loyal customer of Ardmoor from the 80's, when we knew you as Hoggs of Fife, and then marketed an excellent range of outdoor clothing and footwear. You lost your way in the 2000's with increasing range of far eastern tat, but slowly you seem to be recovering a sense of what your traditional, mature and outdoor lads and lassie's require. Your delivery and packaging in my most recent purchase, were first class, and the boots and socks of excellent quality. Ian Robert Campbell Kingussie”

Due to the timing of the order, the office and warehouse were closed for the New Year period which added to the delay, however there should have been communication informing you of the situation, please accept our apologies for not communicating with your earlier. “I purchased gloves as Christmas gift ( when my husband tried them on they were faulty zip came off) I contacted CS with pictures, asked for replacement pair returned faulty pair which were received 6/1/24 …I am still waiting for the replacement pair they are not a cheap product and I expected a better service . Very disappointed indeed !”
