“Bought from them for a whole, decided to sell some gold to them as I was in desperate need of cash to pay bills and buy diapers for my son. 21 days later, I am just now going to get my money from paypal. All these guys had to do was confirm the transaction on PayPal, and I had been in contact with them since I sold them the gold. They did not confirm it, and they would not. When I contacted a supervisor, he just gave me the runaround, and excuses on why they were having issues. Apparently they don't manage their own PayPal accounts, and have PayPal suppliers. 21 days and they could not get in contact with them? And when I asked for updates, supervisor was getting more and more rude every time, even though they dropped contact and ignored messages. If they can't even do the simple task of confirming a transaction, then they should not be in business. Always had good luck buying from them, but after this horrible selling experience, they will never have my business again, and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.”
