Hi George, We are sorry you feel we have not communicated with you. We send multiple emails from the moment of sale and included in our despatch email a link to DPD Local, our courier. You are able to track the shipment and find the information on there as well as on our website regarding customs fees, which unfortunately as an independent retailer we cannot cover the costs of and it is out of our control. Once you told us to cancel the order at the refusal of the customs fees we communicated with you immediately and told you that would be refunded once the item has returned to us.
