“Excellent service!! Was kept informed about order placed, dispatched, courier & next day delivery window. Only down side was the box packaging was severely squashed so had to open to ensure contents were not damaged which they weren’t thankfully. Courier took a photo. Would use again though.”

“I normally go into the shop, but this year due to health issues I looked on line, same clothing & still great prices, whether you shop on line of go into the store (staff are brilliant, friendly & helpful) Aristocrats are the shop to go too, been using them for over 10 years & will continue to do so.”

“Unbelievably fast good service. Ordered at 11.00 am. Delivery next day and this was just after Xmas when all mail seemed to be delayed. The price was extremely good and very smart luxurious packaging.”

Hi Robbie, Apologies for the delay, it was dispatched yesterday and we do not charge for next day delivery. If you had contacted us we would have been able to ask DPD what the issue is, it seems to be an issue with the depot as it is a busy time of year.
