“Te document I had to sign did not work. My Supportco-Ordinator had to make many calls and emails to retify the issue. Once addressed my Ipad arrived quickly.”

“Assistive Tech is THE PLACE to shop for all your low cost needs. This is our 3rd order and the team are always helpful. They have a system that sends the invoice to my plan manager, and it is always easy to place an order. I don't have to pay out of pocket. My first order had an iPad and it was setup with Proloquo2go, all ready to go. Very impressed with their bundle.”

Hi Michael, thanks for the feedback. I can see that the delay here was related to a delay in payment for your order by NDIS. New NDIS payment integrity processes mean that we are seeing delays in some claims that are outside Assistive Tech’s control. On receipt of payment that cleared on Saturday your order was shipped Monday and arrived Tuesday. We appreciate that the changes to NDIS processes are frustrating and trust you understand that we’re doing our best to provide great service despite the challenges these changes have introduced for participants and providers.
