“Was so strange, I put in an online order and my payment and did not recieve any email response. The product did not arrive for some time so I called to see what was happening and was told that payment had come through and it would be released that day?? Had I not called, I do not think it would have been sent??”

Hi Anonymous, We’ve identified the order that you placed. Our fraud protection team tried to reach out to you two hours after you placed the order and left a voicemail to contact us. We did not receive any response until you called us 8 days later. Your order would have shipped same day however you didn’t return our call. Thank you for shopping with Assistive Tech.
